Family run business. They showed up on time did a great job detailing our RV. They are not the cheapest in town however they do a thorough job. UV roof treatment, polish and wax. Tires and windows are sparkling clean. Would recommend if you are in the Indio area in Southern California.

This guy is a hack dont use him hes mediocre at best blow and go service I called him out to detail my motorhome and make my decals look better on a super clean 99 always garaged unit. They basically did a quick wash and wax and "conditioned my roof" which he didn't even do that the way the manufacturer shows how to use that conditioner he was up there for about 10 minutes and charged me $750 for everything which is waay too expensive for what I got they worked 3 hrs max and the rv looks exactly the same as when they arrived no difference whatsoever matter of fact the decals look worse. I just talked to another guy who said that's because he used the wrong "cleaner wax" on the older decals and that he shouldn't have used that. Santiago seemed more concerned with getting to his next appointment on time then he did with doing a thorough job he just wanted to bang it out and get the quick money. I basically just wasted $750 for a bonified wash. he had an attitude when he arrived he was in a big hurry the whole time then on top of all that he crushed the neighbors mailboxes with his rig and didn't say anything and took off I definitely will never call this guy again YOUVE BEEN WARNED

I'm Wilderness lakes TT in Menifee. And Alfred and Frank, did an excellent job washing clean de oxidation, and waxing polished my 26ft. 09 Tioga. Not only that they Sealed my RV roof cap and all the other vents ect all in need of attention. . Truly went above and beyond. ( I have a thing about clean rooftop and rig. Lol) and even cleaned my vent cover.. That I can't do anymore. I've used this company in the palm desert area a couple times 1st was carpet cleaning, 2 other times washed and waxed. I knew I could get great customer service, clear communication is key. . I was greatful that I had an apmnt with Santiago's, and my rig once again looks super Sharp!!! This young man has great work ethics.. I was very happy with the service and that they were here for my needs. Thank you Alfred, You are kind. And the King detailer and if course you and your family are my go to.

Thank you so much for your response at this rough time, the owner of this business came out and work alone, He looked over my RV seeing that the sides etc. Have been taken care of more than the roof. I keep it clean but he recommended I allow him to condition it. I've never had it done. In Cali it's hot. He did a fantastic job on my RV . Reconditioned my roof. And washed and waxed my beautiful Tioga. Went above and beyond. Showing me product, explaining everything clearly. Thank you again. He and his team had cleaned my carpet a couple yrs back. Fantastic job back then. And why I called them again.

The wash and wax of our 24 ft motorhome for $420 was fine. But the "silicone roof treatment", which he insisted we needed as an add-on after the wash, was quoted at $1,500. I was sold. Then I saw he used $120 worth of product and applied it to the roof with a paint roller taking less than 90 minutes. That's, at least $800/hour for his labor. I did agree to the process but was shocked to see it was such a tiny level of effort for $1,500. He ripped us off. I paid it because I am an honest person. But he ripped us off.

Esteban (Steve) and his lovely wife did a great job on our motorhome! They were on time, customer service minded, polite and friendly, and went in to all nooks and crannies on our Dutch Star, and all done at a very reasonable price. She's never looked as good as she does now! :) They have a custom trailer with all the little nifty tools and ladders you need in order to detail a big motorhome. And they use good products, like Meguiar for example. I can highly recommend them! You won't be disappointed!

We are in the Indio CA area for just a few days and found them via a referral from the RV park.While we normally take pretty good care of our stuff, We had not had a chance to wash or wax our 5th wheel trailer for over a year so needless to say our rig was filthy with a fair amount of oxidation. They guys did an excellent job, they were clear about what they would need to do and the price. They then went well beyond what they promised in making sure that everything was perfect. They found a couple of maintenance things on the roof and sealed them up ( for a very small up charge). They also detailed our truck and both rigs has looked nearly brand new. Phillip (the owner), Alfred (the son) and Thomas were all friendly and professional. We would definitely recommend them and will be sure to every time we are in the area.

All I can say " WOW ", Santiago and his helper did a fantastic job detailing my motorhome. I highly recommend their service. These guys treat you very good. I keep going outside to check out what a wonderful job they did. They cover a vast area. From San Bernardino to Oceanside. Their prices are very reasonable. I will definitely be using them from now on. If I could give them a higher rate, I would.

They repaired small items without charging extra, took pride in their work and were a pleasure to deal with. Our 2012 coach looks absolutely amazing, and she now shines like a shiny penny. Santiago's service is excellent and the quality is exceptional. He has detailed our RV twice and both times the rig looks like new. It's a 2018 Tiffin Allegro Red. He also sealed the roof. He buffed the unit after washing it. And finally cleaned the carpet. The products he uses have a very nice smell. We are currently driving in the rain and the rain is beading perfectly from the windshield. We highly recommend Santiago's.

Esteban (Steve) and his wife did a great job washing, drying, detailing, buffing and waxing our 35’ Fifth Wheel. We have large solar panels that he thoroughly washed, cleaned and dried. They were on time, very thorough, a pleasure to meet and very reasonably priced for the quality of work. Interesting to see their customized self contained trailer with all of their specialized tools, equipment, scaffolding, cleaners, waxes and microfibre drying towels making for an efficient operation. I highly recommend Esteban and his wife and I look forward to using them again.

Today Alfred with Santiago’s washed & hand waxed our 36ft Grand Design Reflection plus cleaned the upholstery inside of our Ford Edge, a 4ft area rug and the carpet inside our 5th wheel bedroom. The results were all better than I expected PLUS Alfred spent 30+ minutes educated me on how to properly care for and maintain my coach in a way that will last it a lifetime! I am so grateful for this small family owned business and will use them as long as we are living here! Remember, RV washes are recommended every 3mo and RV waxes every 6mo ;-)
