This is the only place I will ever take my vehicles. A couple years back SAS repainted the whole bedside of my truck and made it look good as new. Five Stars, Highly Recommend! So glad I found this place! I am very nervous to trust my Mercedes with anyone and this place is The One! I will not take her anywhere else. SAS does it all. They fixed my sagging bumper at the same time as a Service B and had me out in no time flat. The owner and staff are so helpful and hospitable I felt comfortable waiting in the office while my car was being fixed. Not just a service shop, I feel like I have made friends.

Peter and the entire crew at SAS are great! He has done work on two of our family vehicles, and they always look like they’re brand new when he’s finished. In addition, he will often do several additional repairs and corrections if he spots any other flaws on our cars at low or no charge at all. Best thing about this shop is that I get to see people that use other shops like I should have done, happy with how their same fenders and bedsides turned out great because they were done properly. So I started out by getting quotes from 3 other shops. SAS was the most expensive but only by a couple hundred dollars. Owner is a great salesman. I should have went to one of the others. The first round there was unpainted spots and runs, and spots that you could still see white through. So then I asked about blending he said oh, no not for that price(which it was included in the other cheaper quotes). Ok ok fine. Can I just take the parts off the truck then since y’all don’t do that and just tape around headlights(new one for me, couple others I’ve used pulled parts off). Did that and dropped them off. Picked them up 5 days later and they are all painted. No runs and everything is painted. Everything including all of the dust and lint that was apparently flying around the booth. Not going back for this or any other projects I have. Don’t always go with the most expensive it isn’t always better. Will be using another shop from here on out. Just noticed all the overspray on windows and all over the cab of the truck too.

I am writing to formally document and express my concerns regarding my recent experience with your shop on January 8, 2026. In April 2025, I brought my vehicle to your shop due to an intermittent starting issue. After diagnostics, I was informed that the starter was defective, and it was replaced with a one-year warranty. On January 8, 2026—within that warranty period—I returned to your shop for the same starting issue. I reasonably expected this visit to be covered under the existing starter warranty, as the symptoms were identical to those previously repaired. After inspection, I was informed that both the starter and alternator were “fine,” and that the issue was instead the battery. I was then quoted approximately $370 for a battery replacement, despite comparable batteries being available locally for significantly less. I declined the battery replacement. At that point, I was told I would be charged a $120 diagnostic fee, despite the following: • I was never informed of a diagnostic fee at drop-off • The vehicle was brought in for the same issue previously repaired under warranty • No new authorization was provided for paid diagnostic work Additionally, during a phone conversation, I was told that refusing to pay the diagnostic fee and refusing the battery replacement would void my starter warranty. I strongly object to this statement. A warranty cannot reasonably be voided because a customer declines unrelated repairs or disputes an undisclosed fee. I was also disappointed by the unprofessional tone of the phone conversation, which escalated into yelling rather than a respectful discussion of the issue.
