This is by far one of the best shops I've ever used. The prices are fair, the entire staff are very personable and the quality of the work was exceptional. If ever in the area again and need my big truck worked on, it will definitely be coming to Saviors.

I am happy I found Saviors, I was in Houston looking for a shop to fix my A/C on my semi truck, but alot of bad reviews in Houston area. As I was searching saviors repair came out I called didn't answer, and got a call back from Drew the owner and ask him if he worked on semi trucks A/C and said yes, so I traveled 30 miles from where I was in Houston to his shop long story short if you're looking for a great place honest repair shop and mechanic personnel this is the place, I will bring my equipment if needing service again it's worth the travel time, thanks again Drew 👍

I have a 2014 Dodge Ram triple L with the 3 liter EcoDiesel that seemingly no one likes to work on. Drew and his crew identified the problem with my truck quickly (saving me some cash!) and I will be getting an appointment to have the issue addressed. Great staff, very friendly. Looking forward to doing more business with them!

I have a C class RV Ford E450. Dropped it off for oil change and fluid check. Mike was friendly and helpful. He also had one of the crew take it for a state inspection. I am very grateful for the work completed and was able to get back on the road the same day.

The owner has been working on cars for me since 2019. He couldn't fix all the problems I had in my Ford Expedition even though he cam close. He was brought in while the car was in ICU and he wasn't the savior for it. He was honest and gave me fair pricing. Last week I brought my company van to him with a coolant leak issue he also suggested dealing with some other stuff (leaking head gasket, etc). When he dealt with the first issue he was able to figure out the oil issue was a bigger deal than he thought. Repairs where moved up and he got me out in under 24 hours. I trust him and will continue taking my cars to him along with referring people to him. Keep it up Savior Repairs. Santa Strong.

We had an issue with our 26ft box truck (Ford F750) that even after having it looked at and work done by 2 other diesel mechanics, the issue was not resolved. We were referred to Saviors Repair by another mechanic and are so appreciative to FINALLY have found a diesel mechanic who is honest, knowledgeable, and understands that getting our truck back in a timely manner is a priority to allow us to keep our business running. Drew and his team have gone above and beyond, figuring out what the source to our issue was, were flexible in scheduling around our availability, and kept open and transparent communication every step of the way. We highly recommend Saviors Repair and will continue to be a returning and loyal customer.

When I say this place is amazing, amazing would honestly be an understatement! my vehicle was at another repair shop for 1.5 months and no work was done to it. I contacted Saviors and explained my issue and I was advised to bring my vehicle to them. Mike and his crew were completely honest with me when it came to screw ups from the previous repair shop. He promised to make this process much less of a hassle than what I had already experienced. The shop stayed in contact with me, again, was honest about everything and FIXED the problem I had with my engine. Yes, I had an extended warranty company, but they still made everything as smooth as possible. Within 3 weeks my Jeep was repaired! The name speaks for itself. I can’t be more thankful for Mike and his team. If you ever need any type of repairs, they are your saving grace.

Honest and capable service provider. I came in with my RV for fluids and filters and after having a conversation that my tranny fluid may NOT need to be changed they checked it and said it was pristine. Thus didn’t need to do that one. Everything else was done well. Appreciate the transparent and open communication. I’ll be back!

Our driver dropped truck off for oil change, i called and told them we needed OEM volvo filters and standard basic oil, i was verbally told $550 roughly and gave green light for oil change Monday morning i get a bill for $1003.38, they charged me for (3) 5 gallon buckets of the most expensive oil, this engine only uses (2) 5 gallons or 10 gallons total to make it easier. I told them i did not agree to this, and to stop any work from being done. They said its already done, spoke to owner, after some back and forth they lowered to $700.69 I find this still expensive, most we have ever paid is $600 for all our volvo D13 engines. We were trying to build a relationship with them, but i dont think it will work out. Be careful, make sure you get agreed invoices from them before doing any work.

Magnificent place to take your Diesel truck if you are having problems with. Expert knowledge and Customer service. I have brought my truck here twice for separate issues. Both times I wa not disappointed in the workmanship provided. I would recommend to anyone. Upfront and honest about the work. They are good with the prices also.

Drew and Paul and the entire team at Saviors live up to their name. Lost the motor on my 1998 Peterbilt 3406 E model CAT and spent days trying to find the right shop with someone with knowledge of CAT motors and found Drew. He pretty much diagnosed it by watching videos I showed him. My brother decided it was best to go with Drew’s opinion of a brand new motor. So that’s what we did and they only had my truck for a week and a half from start to finish. Truck runs great and I am so grateful for the team at saviors. They literally became our saviors haha. If you need anything done to any diesel engine go see them and tell them Nate sent you!

Terrible Experience – Please Read Before Bringing Your Vehicle Here I waited a long time to write this review because I wanted to be calm and factual. Unfortunately, our experience with Saviors Diesel Truck Repair — especially with owner Drew Huntsman, his wife Madison Huntsman, and manager Paul — was devastating for our family. We drove our 2019 Jayco Redhawk RV from Boston to Houston to spend Christmas with family. After a 30-hour drive, I noticed the RV needed an alignment and had a small squeaky noise. On December 27, 2024, I met with Drew Huntsman in person. He seemed professional and promised to take care of everything. A few days later, I was charged $4,061.49 for an alignment and front-end repair. When I picked up the RV, it was noticeably lower to the ground. Drew suggested adding an air suspension system like the one on his personal truck, with a remote-control feature, and we agreed. We paid another $5,789.21 for the upgrade. What happened next still shocks me. On a Saturday night around 10 PM, Drew called us and said the RV was ready — fully knowing that we were scheduled to leave Houston early the next morning at 5 AM for our 30-hour drive back to Boston. It was very late, but we went to the shop to pick it up because we trusted him and didn’t want to delay our trip. When I asked to test the system, it didn’t work. Drew said it was “normal” and that it just needed time to fill with air. The next morning, in daylight, we checked the work and realized the installation was completely wrong. The airbags were cheap aftermarket parts designed for a pickup truck, not an RV, and had been installed improperly. The entire back of the RV was crooked, and it bounced dangerously when driven. We immediately returned to Saviors Diesel Truck Repair. Drew was not there. His manager Paul tried to deflect responsibility and refused to return our original parts. We had no choice but to call the police just to retrieve them. There was no apology, no explanation, and no attempt to make things right. Later, Madison Huntsman took over communication through email. She was extremely rude and unprofessional, refusing to provide a proper invoice or itemized receipt for the work. When I filed a dispute with my credit card company, they even sent a fake alignment report claiming they had performed work with equipment that Drew had already admitted they didn’t have. It took us two weeks and another trusted mechanic to repair the damage they caused. During that time, I had to fly back to Boston with our four small children because they were missing school, while my husband stayed behind alone, missed several days of work, and had to drive the RV back home by himself once it was finally repaired. This entire experience cost us thousands of dollars, destroyed our Christmas vacation, and tremendously affected our finances and family life. Please learn from our experience and be extremely cautious before trusting this shop.
