Wouldn't buy anywhere else. Scott's has serviced my previous cart and has never had my cart for 24 hours. This includes pickup and delivery. Scott has the seats and wheels and accessories on hand to make your cart just like you want it. I spend more time in my cart than my car, so I'm very satisfied with my purchase

Scott's Automotive & Golf Car Repairs is the best! I purchased a golf cart 8 months ago from another dealer. My cart developed a leaky brake master cylinder. The dealer I bought the cart from couldn't get the parts to repair the brakes for over 5 weeks. Scott, Joe Eric and his team got the part in a few days, picked up my cart and returned it 24 hours later with a newly installed Brake Master Cylinder, and clean! Who delivers customer service like that, to someone who made the original purchase someplace else? Scott is a true gentlemen, and the customer matters to him, doing business anyplace else would be a mistake. THANK YOU SCOTT & JOE!

Scott's Automotive & Golf Car Repair Inc is the only place to go if your looking for a golf car. Hands down Scott is one of the nicest people you will ever meet!! My wife and I went to Scott's just to LOOK at some golf cars, Scott took the time to show and explain everything about the golf cars while juggling multiple customers at one time, while never missing a beat. We had never met Scott before, but instantly felt comfortable dealing with him, there was never any sales pressure or BS like you get at most other dealers. We are brand new to the area and only found Scott's Automotive & golf cars by chance on nextdoor.com, and after reading his reviews my wife and I decided to give them a try and we are sure glad we did. Scott gave us a great deal that we couldn't pass up and it was delivered the next morning. We love our new golf car but more importantly we met Scott as strangers and left as FRIENDS!!! I went and had an oil change on my car at a local place near my home. I was told I had a bad oil leak and it would cost me almost $2000 to fix. I brought my car to Scott’s Automotive &Golf Cart Repair for a second opinion. Found out my car did not have an oil leak that it just needed a new oil cap. Nice to see honest people. I will only Bring my car to Scott’s automotive and golf car repair from now on it will be nice to know that when I bring my car there, they will be honest, and I will have a car that I can depend on

Called Corey to have him look at my brakes. Dropped off the vehicle and when he called I was expecting him to say they needed to be serviced or replaced. Everything was fine and there was no charge. I had a very disappointing experience there. I was charged a high amount to fix what I was told was a small brake line leak. I was informed the repair required removing the gas tank and extensive labor. After the work was done, it was clear the brake pipe they repaired was easily visible and accessible and did not require removing the gas tank. Even worse, the original problem was not fixed. I was then told that another leak had been found, meaning the issue I originally brought the car in for remained unresolved despite the high cost. This experience left me feeling misled, overcharged, and frustrated. I expect transparency and effective repairs when trusting a shop with my vehicle, and unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

When I came to put this review up, there was no surprise that they had a five stars. Words cannot express how thankful I am for this company, but I'm gonna do my best. I had a really crappy situation with being sold a really crappy vehicle. And then another mechanic took me for a lot of money and lied. I then took it to another mechanic who also lied to me. Then I was recommended to this place. And what a blessing that recommendation was. Not only did they save me $7200. But they did it with the best customer service. The most honest customer service I have ever seen at a mechanic shop. If you want an honest amazing mechanic who cares about their people please go here you will not regret it.

I lost the cap to one of our golf cart tire’s stem valve. I’ll call Cory about 35 minutes to closing yesterday. He said, I have them in stock come on in and I’ll have 2 waiting for you. Drove our 1 year old Club Car that we bought with Cory’s help. But, I couldn’t get through the gate off of Legends Drive because I hadn’t put a transponder on it. Oops. Called Cory back. He said no problem. I’ll drop the caps off at your house tomorrow morning. Scott’s Automotive is simply among the best service driven companies I know.

My husband needed assistance after we were told that we needed a solenoid part replaced by Ace of carts (at extreme cost)but in fact it was just our mounting bolts needed to be fixed , Thank God for Scott’s they were kind enough to lend us a golf cart during this difficult time and fix the cart free of charge.
