So, I received a coupon in the mail for this service, which seemed great, so I decided to purchase the plan. However, after only washing my car three times, I realized that this service wasn’t worth it for me. Therefore, I canceled on August 28th, so I wasn’t charged. Surprisingly, I received an email stating that I hadn’t given them four days’ notice, so I was forced to continue using the service until September 24th. I believe the service should have ended on September 31st. Additionally, the coupon didn’t mention that after three months, I would be charged $42. I don’t appreciate being taken advantage of, and I won’t be using this service again. To make matters worse, my windshield wiper broke during a visit, but of course, that’s at your own risk. I will definitely wash my car 2 times a day every day for the remaining time. Poor customer service

Matt went above and beyond explaining the monthly service. He wanted to make sure I liked it before committing to it. My car looked really nice and shiny. Matt sprayed a chemical on my tires to help break up the brake dust. It did a great job. The tire shine came with the top wash but the machine didn’t do a great job with it so I went to Matt and he put the tire shine on the right way. Car looks beautiful! Thank you Matt!

Very good car wash specially in Coventry.I live in Cranston but I travel here for my wash. The corridor system is safest than in Warwick,which got my chassis scratched the first time that I used it.That is why I go to Coventry now.I have the premium package on the exterior wash which include the porcelain wax coating,which is great to protect your car against salt and sand in winter time,but watch out because at times the attendant won’t press the bottom for the most especial wash if you paid for it,just be observant and complaint about it.

Been a member for a very long time, and originally gave a five star review, and specifically mentioned how micheala is the face of this location and the reason I kept both my memberships, since she is no longer there the customer service has gone way downhill and not the welcoming friendly environment I once loved to go to. The guys put the cars on the belt too close together and it’s nerve wracking being that close without being able to see infront of you with the brushes and soap. More times than not they aren’t even out side when I pull up to go in the wash.

Always a convenience, especially in the winter. Today, I was having trouble with my subscription and Michaela gladly helped me. She was extremely knowledgeable and understanding. In and out, my car’s now super clean. Thanks again!

Customer service has gone WAY downhill. Not as welcoming and half the time the attendants are too busy on their phones to even acknowledge customer existence! I previously had a five star review months ago- but super disappointed on the lack of care from the employees of this location recently! Also whered michella go?!

Went to this location about 3 months ago. An employee named Sean Overton was the first to greet me upon arrival. He explained the membership in detail. He was polite and had a great attitude in general. Purchased a 3 month membership and I love it! Bottom line, it is a great value for the money. Businesses in general need more employees like Sean! Thanks again for the great service...definitely recommending this location to all my friends-

I went through this car wash and the wind tunnel was so strong that it ruined my back wiper so much so between the machines and the wind tunnel I had to get my rear wiper fixed because vir would not work properly any longer, I willl no longer be retuning to any of those car wash places, I will go to a self clean place and do it myself.

I really wanted to love this car wash. My car looked brand new the first few times I went to Scrub-a-Dub, but my last visit was a huge disappointment. I drove away with a damaged, hanging running board. I filed an accident report and was told I’d hear back in 3–5 days — instead, I waited over three weeks with no response. After reaching out multiple times by email and phone, someone finally got back to me, only to say it wasn’t their fault. From the video footage, I strongly disagree. They mentioned they washed 600 cars that day — but that doesn’t mean mine couldn’t have been damaged. Thousands of people drive every day, and there are still accidents. Very disappointed with how this was handled.

Always enjoy Scrubadubs and this is their newest location, I believe. Had spent all day driving in rain and was racing back up from NJ and had to pick up a client at PVD. Got here at 7:58 and 40 seconds. Got absolutely zero attitude from the attendant. Very pleasant guy and my car was clean! Nicely nestled in between a Dunks and Cumberland Farms. Everything you need!

1/13/26. My paint is destroyed. Just went though the new scrub a dub in Coventry. Around 6pm. Wanted to get the salt off. The entire vehicle is now damaged all over. Even scratched the rims really bad. Huge scratches all up and down the pasenger side... the $16 wash should clean the vehicle... very dishonest company. Have to have insurance look at it. Going to cost thousands.
