What horrible customer service! I witnessed, Ernesto, a gentleman that worked at the customer service in the auto care center, help an older gentleman (60’s) with a battery and he was just using the F word like no other. He informs me, that they cannot install my tires because it is against Walmart policy to have to roll down my window and open the door from the outside because it does not open from the inside. How come it is not against Walmart policy to cuss in front of customers and act so unprofessional? He must’ve used the F word at least 10 times and there were 3 other customers in front of me. If there is video footage, I would hope management would check it out. It was around 3-3:30 PM today, 22 November. I had all 4 of my tires done about 2 years ago in Plymouth MA and 2 tires done again 6 months ago in Chicopee MA Walmart and was never told anything about my door handle being an issue. With the way that this gentleman talks to customers and presents himself, I believe it is just a lack of wanting to work and do his job. That’s OK I am sending my 2 tires back that I had already purchased from Walmart and Pep Boys is getting our business! We use our car for business purposes and we replace them about every 1-2 years, so Pep Boys will be where we are taking it to from now on. Very disappointing because I do a lot of my shopping with Walmart but I am going to be redirecting my shopping elsewhere because of this whole situation.

Had an appointment at 3pm, made well in advance. Showed up early, the guy at the desk took my info, and told me 45 minutes to an hour, not realizing he meant until they start. After waiting an hour and a half, they brought my car in and said they wouldn't work on it because it had factory side skirts. Instead of using common sense and a floor jack, they wasted my time and sent me on my way. Maybe keep a registry of cars you won't work on in the future and not waste people's time. Absolutely ridiculous. Go literally anywhere else.

Told me they couldn't install my tires or change my oil because "the coolant fan won't turn off and that's an electrical issue that makes it a liability for us to touch." I tried to explain to them and show them on Ford's website where that it's the radiator fan and that is normal operation for it to run after driving when the car is off to help clear heat from the engine. Told me "they know people with Ford Focuses and that's not true" and refused to service the car, and told me they would put my tires I purchased in the car. Got down the road and checked my trunk, no tires. I had to go back and request what I paid for. Took the car to Valvoline later that day and they changed my oil no issue with the car doing the same thing. Don't come here, they either don't know what they're talking about or look for reasons to not need to do the job. Either way, you're better off somewhere else.

Had to go back 3 times because of one thing or another to get tires changed. Their lazy techs will turn your vehicle away for a tire change for anything else wrong, and when you come back with it fixed, they'll find something else. OVER AND OVER AGAIN. Do not go here for tire change unless your car was purchased yesterday otherwise they'll turn you away for the color of your car not matching its paint code cause its too dirty.

I arrived at my scheduled appointment and patiently waited for over an hour to have my tires changed. However, to my surprise, I was informed that my appointment had been canceled due to the condition of my driver rear tires.I was under the impression that I could simply replace the two front tires that I had purchased. on Walmart's tire replacement policy, as I was not aware of any requirement to have a minimum of three tires replaced. What a cheap excuse is? They just wanna sell you another tire!!!Unprofessional stuff! Stay away from here. They will waste your time!

I was advised to try Walmarts Tire & Service to replace a flat tire and was one of the worst experiences dealing with vehicles in my life. Buying a car takes less time and effort. Called to set up an appointment for 1pm, I arrive 10 minutes early, it takes the representative 10 minutes to assist a walk in right before me and then I was told I was behind them in service. Then I waited for half an hour to be told the technicians (not even mechanics) aren’t able to take the rim off the car. But the tire that needed changing was in the trunk. I have reason to believe they are incompetent and tried to take the rim off of a donut. And also are unable to distinguish the difference between a car tire or a donut. When I was given a 30 minute wait time I tried to waste time but only needed one item and when I returned about 8 minutes later there were 5-6 employees joking around. And one of them looked like a technician. Approximately 20 minutes later I get told all the time was for nothing. There’s no point to make an appointment if they take a walk in right before, and wasted even more time driving 20 minutes away when there is an auto body shop 10 minutes closer to my house. They sell all the tools and parts to do the job but can’t employee people to use them or identify what needs to be done or ask the right questions. 0/10 will never recommend Walmart for tires and service. Great place to waste time and pick up some wet food for cats but I wouldn’t have trust or faith thinking they can resolve any actual problem. Better off going to a specialist for any of their side services they offer because they lack the professionalism you would expect. I originally posted this a couple weeks ago and was asked to take it down by the staff from their manager Brie. I saved the post because I feared something like this would happen. The staff wasn’t going to perform services on the car until the post was removed. Due to the importance of having a working vehicle I shamefully agreed and was put in a position where I had to compromise myself because of the urgency of the situation. I definitely will never be returning and will never suggest and do my best to spread the word about the behavior and actions of the employees, staff, and management. Corporate has also been anything but helpful so far in regards to the matter so nobody should expect to get assistance from them when it comes to customer satisfaction. I can no longer trust them to do any work on any vehicle I’ll ever own and I would rather go to a dealership or autozone. Townfair tire is also going to be my new recommendation instead.

Scheduled an appointment online to install 4 winter tires, fully paid for them. Waited a week for the appointment date, drove an hour to this Walmart only to be told they don’t work on my type of car, a Tesla. I just wasted 2 hours of driving on a Saturday morning, have to deal with making sure Walmart reimburses the thousand dollars they gladly charged, and I have to reschedule somewhere else. What an awful automotive shop. Why would this one auto shop decide not to work on Teslas. Maybe call the customer to say “Hey! That appointment you made for tires next week, we can’t do it as our manager doesn’t allow us to work on Teslas”. You know, instead of completely wasting my time. Whoever is leadership at this Walmart auto shop is less than useless at their job.

Waited 90 minutes to be told they cant complete my oil change because suddenly, there's an 'oil leak' in the one of the plugs which they say was previously notated: Oh really?! Ive been going to them for oil changes for the past 6 months and I never was told there was any issues. I'm done with Walmart auto! It's garbage and they treat you like garbage

Can they pick up their phones?? They close at 7 pm and we arrived for a walk in to get a flat tire replaced (running on a spare)at 5pm just for them to say they can't. If only they just picked up their phones when we called 3 times earlier the day, then we wouldn't have wasted our time driving 30 minutes here. There was also no one waiting in line and they were not busy at all from the looks of it when we were waiting so I don't understand why they couldn't replace one spare tire.

All of the reviews mentioning refusal of service are true. My family has been refused on all 3 of our vehicles on separate occasions. They will not remove security lugs, they will not replace only two tires, they even refused service on my Hyundai sonata because they couldn't get a jack under it? It's a bog-standard mid size sedan, if you can't jack that up you're useless as an auto center, full stop. Zero aptitude or problem solving from their mechanics and no proper tools on hand. Don't waste your time hoping to pay less than a proper shop

The tech stripped my lug nuts, lied about it and tried to say it was already stripped, then refused to replace my tires. Never again!

The associates at the autocare center were not helpful. Even though I was informed that walk-ins were welcome for tire rotations, they did not accommodate me and instead required an appointment. However, there was no way to make an appointment either online or by phone. The store manager, Albert, was also unhelpful in resolving the issue. I do not recommend this location for auto care, as the manager appears to be very careless.

Tried to sell me four new tires for a nail in a single tire. Came back today to give them another chance to fix a leaking bead on a tire and they refused to work on it due to “dry rot”, tires are not rotted and were fixed at another shop promptly. pretty sure the guy just was overwhelmed by the 4 people in line and didnt want to deal with it. Avoid this place.

Made an appointment to have my tires installed, got confirmation before the appointment only to arrive and be told they are not putting on tires now. The guy who assisted me was very kind but call ahead and beware so you don’t waste your time.

Had a 5:30pm appointment for oil change on my wife's car. I arrived at 5:15 and the doors were locked. After walking around to front of building to enter an open entrance and going to the Auto Center thru store... An associate notified me they dont do any mechanical work after 4pm. Thanks for wasting my time. Skip this location for all your service needs.

Caught hell. Wasted it my time. Didn't have the tires I needed. Was that I had to order them on line. Then bring them back on a schedule appointment. Who has time for that , walked in somewhere else no appointment needed and got my tires on the spot. I thought Walmart was better than that. Who want to wait 10 days for tires . One goes get tires cause you need them. It makes no sense...
