DO NOT RECOMMEND Spent $4500 and was told all good and "you will feel the difference when driving and we resolved all issues. On my way out, the moment i finished paying $4500 Mark Minor says oh by the way feels like the transmission is going, you shouldnt do any repairs and sell the vehicle right away. Why would you make $4500 in repairs if your findings were that there was a transmission issue. Do not recommend.

I had a HORRIBLE experience picking up my "New" car. I waited for over 3 months to receive my 2023 GMC Canyon AT4 and when I did It came with a laundry list of problems. From a dent on the left driver side door, 10+ large scratches all over the vehicle, sticker residue left stuck on, covered in dirt everywhere top to bottom, and tire dressing grease all over the side of the car. The electronics and infotainment cluster were not working, wireless charging not working, radio not working and I had to drive off the lot in silence!! When I picked up the truck I was told "there's a few scratches and problems, but hey you're a detailer you can just buff it all out and fix them yourself." Not how envisioned my first weekend with my "New" truck. So far Gates GMC has not resolved the problem, attempt to compensate me, or at the very least even apologize once for this frustrating car buying experience. My truck is now on the way back to the shop and I'm stuck without a car. I wouldn't have took a photo in front of it if I knew it was going to be twisted into this. If they resolve this I'll update the review.
