They have been here a long time, but I love the remodeling! Before it was a do it yourself, now it's automatic. There are vacuums you can do yourself. Nice staff, no pressure.

If you go off hours you might be ok, otherwise this will be torture, they speed everyone through on a busy day, do a horrible job actually getting cars clean and inevitably I'll get a response from an owner apologizing with an inability to actually do a better job getting cars clean, also when busy the vacuums are nearly inaccessible and when you exit, and notice how poorly the wash was you are completely discouraged to get it rewashed and don't want to wait in the long line again... It's a No for me Dogg... Me cars are all only a year or two old, and I have a membership, because I need to wash often but I'm almost always annoyed at the results here..

I was never quite satisfied with the quality of the wash, despite always getting the top one. I think the tunnel in Brighton is too short to do a proper wash/dry, and there were always spots and streaks that needed to be cleaned up. But today took the cake. The car was disgusting even after the wash. A total waste of time and money. I would have gone back had I not been so far already when I noticed. I doubt I’ll be coming back.

If you need a place to quickly wash your car for a relatively affordable price, then this may be the place to go. See photos for prices. There are additional add-ons that you can apply to your order before proceeding to the car wash. A patron will be there to assist you in your selections and explain what your options ential. The wash is relatively quick. Your car does not come out completely dry, so you'll need to air dry or bring your own towel to dry. They provide free car mat cleaning machine, free spray for windows, and self-service vacuums.

I have the unlimited car wash membership and come here pretty often. I like having my car squeaky clean and this place does a spectacular job. I feel like I get my money's worth every time I visit. Customer service is great and there is always someone around to help out.

I don’t usually leave reviews for anything but restaurants, but the team at ScrubaDub is very deserving of a shining one. They are consistently positive and engaging each time I visit (which is at least 2x per week) and have the upbeat attitude and customer-first mindset that makes it hard to say no to the unlimited wash plan if only to see them smiling when you arrive.

The worst. The car wash itself is okay. There's always a line of cars waiting. People really just take their time at the vacuums (there needs to be an enforced time limit). The location is right on the corner of Fanueil and Market st. And People just block the street waiting to get in. Even grocery shopping is an inconvenience because of the line of cars constantly blocking Market st.

The staff are always great here. I love seeing Sedenia and Aaron it’s like they’re family even though I only see them coming here! It’s nice and easy to get in and out with a freshly cleaned car and if had some trouble spots like stubborn bird poo then they always just let me go through again (just do the same if you’re not happy). Just a reminder for the irrational people out there this is an automated car wash not a personal detail service (although you can purchase that here too) so folks need to tamper down their expectations - a $25 car wash is not going to get you a $300 level of clean like getting into those small nooks etc! I think most people know this but…

They have several locations which makes this a very convenient car wash to sign up for. This location is one of the newer ones, but it is also at the corner of a busy intersection. That's the reason why it has a right turn exit only, which is away from the intersection, but the majority of customers turn left instead, towards the intersection where only about 3 cars can fit in front of the traffic light. This builds up even more traffic, and causes the tunnel to need to shut down temporarily, slowing things down even further. When it is busy like this, it takes about 10 minutes from the entrance to get through the car wash just once. There are two lanes that merged into a single lane after payment. When it is busy, sometimes the washes get mixed up, and you don't get what you pay for. I often end up with an express wash or other wash that is cheaper than what I actually paid for and need to ask them to correct it. Most of the time, they do. A couple of times, the wash got messed up again by the time I got through again, but I've never had them give me an issue about it. The car wash lasts about a minute. The car wash cleans the car thoroughly most of the time. Sometimes, I need to go through a second time if there is stubborn buildup, or I may need to wipe off stains by hand before going through again. The cleaning cloths and jets only wash from the top, front, and sides. Nothing appears to wash from the back. This means if your vehicle has any spaces that block cleaning from the front, top, or sides, it will not be as clean, such as the rear side of the car. The air dry at the end of the wash lasts about 10 seconds and it is not enough to blow away all the water. I always leave with drops on the mirrors, sides, and rear of my vehicle. If these are wiped off or blown off from driving, they turn into white stains as they dry. They do however provide drop clothes, which are available most of the time. Additionally, there are litter bags and complementary snack sized pretzels when available. There are six vacuum spaces, which are free for members and work well enough, except they can also get crowded since there is no other space to wipe off your car. Overall, acceptable, and understandable given limited space in the city.

Terrible experience. They left long horizontal scratches along the right side of my new 2025 car, with some of them getting past the paint. The manager was unhelpful, argued that the scratches weren't caused scratches by them and must've been from snow or salt, and didn't even offer a refund. I hand wash my car regularly and have never gotten scratches before. Snow and salt wouldn't have caused ones this long and deep. Terribly disappointed in ScrubaDub and its services.

I wanted to purchase a membership for my granddaughter. Over the past 2 weeks I have made over 50 phone calls to the Brighton location. Not a single one was answered. I called Prestige car wash and spoke to a representative on my first call. The staff at Prestige were very responsive and their membership was half the price. Thank you for the unintentional favor.

I'm used to going to Allston street carwash but they recently did a horrible job on my $125 car wash. But the job was similar here, at least it was only $26. The car was maybe even washed better here. However, the overall job was terrible. The tire shine didn't cover my whole tire and it just looks worse. It's clear that the machine just hit like 1/4 of each tire. So they all just have a shiny spot on them, which is more off-putting than maybe just not using it. The attached images are a day afterwards. This would maybe be a 3 star but then I went to the vacuum and the bay wasn't working. After spending some time going over the car for spots and such, there were many, I just went to vacuum last, it didn't work.. didn't take my card... So really disappointed but I will try them again. I would've def got a detail and membership... But it was just not up to par. I'll be sure to update if my experience gets better.
