steven is the greatest worker here ever. so kinda and respectful. he always treats me with kindness i’ll never go to another location! Steven has impacted my life for the better. my car is always looking amazing. his customer service is over the top. i greatly appreciate steven’s beautiful services. one day i strive to be like him. He really is such a good worker. give him a raise!!!! he’s so amazing. if you guys ever come to this location look for steven. i believe he will be going places. he has big dreams and he puts in so much effort. 10/10. no… 12/10!!!! i love it here.

This place sucks sack none of the self serve bays are working the place is a ice skating rink it ate my 10 dollars out of the quarter machine 2 bays wont accept quarter and the other is jammed with quarters been like this for days now but yet u want me to swipe my card yaaa okay......place is terrible need attention bad as a buisness owner not sure how they keep this place open

I have to reach out and write a review on one of your customer service representatives, Adam. Every time I come here, I am greeted with a smile by him and he’s always very kind and courteous. He always helps do extra stuff like putting the sleeve on the back windshield wiper or spraying my car down because I have Bug guts on my front windshield. Sometimes the equipment isn’t working well inside this car wash and it has left film or residue behind, but Adam understands and always make sure that my car comes out spotless.

Bug splatter from windshield .. simply does not wash off. From the first wash, it did not go off then I had to make a U-turn and go through the car wash again then most of it went, but some remained. . I was tempted to get the unlimited version for $25 per month. But I experimented with the $11, glad I did it. . The one employee does a decent service he did not make any fuss for the re-wash. He tried to gently low power pose the windshield probably most of it went like that, then the actual car wash. I could’ve gone again, but it just looks very odd. I came back home and used some Windex, came right off.

I had such a great experience at **ScrubaDub**! I was having trouble getting my wheels lined up in the right spot for the wash, and Jesse was incredibly helpful and patient, guiding me the whole way. Then, to top it off, I realized I had forgotten my wallet but Jesse still let me go through with the wash. I appreciate his kindness. The wash was quick, the results were super satisfying, and the whole place just has a great vibe. Highly recommend this location.

I was recently at this location and went to use tap to pay for the vacuums until I noticed I was overcharged for the vacuum. I brought this to Jesse’s attention and before I could even finish explaining my issue, he knew what happened and immediately jumped to finding a solution. His attentiveness and service recovery ensured I was heard and satfisfied. Jesse did a great job with resolving the issue and I appreciate his efforts as a long time customer of Scrub a Dub.

I visit this place often. I washed my car today and it looked like nothing washed it. The brushes are all worn out but keep using them. The vacuums kinda work but do not suck as much as my ex did. Stay away from this place. Find a better wash this one has had it.

This is my first time going to this location, very disappointed. I went to the park ave location with my previous car and they put the sticker to the side of my windshield, nice and hidden. I signed up again with my new car today and Luke placed the sticker quick and kinda just slapped it in a random spot on my windshield and it looks like shit! I asked kindly if he could move it and he said I would have to come back a different day since it was “busy”. Mind you there was 2 cars in front of me and 1 behind in the whole “line”. Very unprofessional!!!
