I had never been for service before, and it will be the last time. I went to change the oil and filter in my 2011 Honda Pilot and they charged me $ 76.19. Never in my entire life have I paid so much for that service. I have three cars and I have never paid so much. The employee asked me about ten times about the oil in the vehicle. He later tells me that I have a free wash ..... "for free" please, if I already paid for it in advance. They must learn to make customers, not just one service to make money. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't like touch but they did a decent job for what it was. Wouldn't take a newer car here but my old messed up paint did fine. Heard scratching from the touch wash on my windows. Not a good sign. They did have perfect customer service though I do give them that.

The people who work here are nice but the service isn’t too good. I got the Platinum package and the added $9.99 package for interior cleaning. I was so sad when my car pulled up, I could immediately see that they had hardly cleaned the car. I pointed it out to the man and he walked away, but the nicer gentleman who works on the inside walked over and cleaned the front of my car with a rag, he was nice to do that but then I felt obligated to cash tip him. I got in my car and I could see they hardly cleaned anything, all they really did was vacuum despite me paying for 2 packages. There was dust and dirt everywhere and smudges all over my touch screen. I’m headed to another car wash now. The 3 stars is because the man at the front desk who wiped my car for me was nice, and the guy at the car wash port was nice too.

I’ve been getting my oil change here for over five years; they always do a great job with it and there’s a quality car wash included. I’ve gotten several car detailings done here when turning in a lease and they do a phenomenal job with that- like new. I went to other places in previous years and have stuck with coming here because of the quality and they treat me very well. Best place around hands down.

This car wash is the best one I have been to by far. They don’t care if it’s freezing outside you will find people waiting for your car to towel dry it after the wash, everyone is super friendly. Also, I took my car to them to get detailed and when I received it back back I was overwhelmed by the amazing work they did on it. It looked like brand new I couldn’t believe my eyes. Yes it was on the expensive side but I loved it. Hope this help 📝

Ok. Prices went up. The vacuums never work at south colony rd and the brushes never cleaned ( they are absolutely black) always need to wait for an attendant, even though nobody is ahead of me ( one time it took 7 min to have someone start the wash) North colony is much better, with working vacuums and cleaner brushes. Even though I bought the most expensive monthly package, The wash is always different, sometimes they pre spray, sometimes they don't, sometimes they put on tire dressing, sometimes they dont, sometimes lots of soap, sometimes not. Looking at the new car wash- these guys aren't the only game in town any longer, and need to step up their game.

Awful customer service, terrible quality. We had a membership here for months, tried multiple locations and every time our cars looked awful. Equipment is out of date and the staff is lazy and unprofessional. The owner was incredibly rude to us after our card expired and we needed to put a new one on the account. He made us feel as if we had done something wrong and embarrassed us in front of all of the customers. We immediately cancelled our membership and will never use their services again. I can accept less than perfect work but I can not accept rudeness and horrible customer service.

Had a very good experience with this company as always. The monthly membership they have is convenient and does a great job. I wash my car 3-5 times a week there and I’m always satisfied. I recently got a full detail with them (exterior and interior) my car looks better today than it did the day i picked it up from the dealership. Thanks guys!

Well, I used to do my services there but my last time I did engine oil change and transmission oil change service and my car started with a oil leak , I wanted to make sure it was a oil leak or some oil spilled on the engine ( it can happens ), but when I figured out it was an oil leak ( and a lot ) … I just took my car there bc I wanted to check what’s going on and try to talk about it … they checked and they didn’t find anything and they just wanting me to leave and I said about what’s going on and they were blaming my car age and mileage … saying car with 200k mileage can happen anything and I said “ I have this car for over a year and no leaks at all and magically after I did the oil change my car starts to leak and it’s not about you” .. and he said “ yes , your car has over 200k” …. I figured out by myself after it was the engine oil cap broke ( someone broke it there ) and the oil leaked into my alternator and now my car is not working … a hundreds dollars in loss. I don’t want to take advantage of anyone, but I paid for the service with a professional and someone had to take the responsibility!!!

They were fine until I got a new car, the person who processes monthly memberships was not working the day I went and they refused to wash my car without my sticker. As a small business owner myself, this is poor quality of customer service. They could have just asked my name or previous license plate to verify I have a membership and washed it as a courtesy but instead they were rude to a customer who’s been coming here for years. I will take my business elsewhere.

Listen guys, I've been taking my vehicles to you guys since I moved out here (since 2016) WHATS GOING ON?! Why for a simple oil change I've been charged different prices AND WHY LIE ABOUT TOPPING OFF THE FLUIDS - EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I CHECK AFTER LEAVING AND NOT ONCE! NOT ONCE! HAVE ANYONE TOPPED THE FLUIDS OFF!! WHY HAVE THE NERVE TO CHARGE DIFFERENT AMOUNTS THEN LIE ABOUT THE SERVICES ?! I DON'T KNOW ABOUT YOU GUYS...THEN FOR THE HECK OF IT, I KNEW IT WAS AN HOUR BEFORE CLOSING BUT I JUST GOT OUT OF WORK, SO I CALLED AND ASKED IF OIL CHANGES WERE STILL BEING DONE, THE GUY ON THE PHONE, WHOMEVER HAD THE STRONG ACCENT LITERALLY SAID "NO, WE DONT DO OIL CHANGES ANYMORE HERE" , SO TO CLARIFY I ASKED AT ALL?! AS IN NO MORE EVER?! AND HE SAID "WE NO DO OIL CHANGE HERE NO MORE" ...WTH?!? 😡😠😤

I had my oil changed at Scrubbing Bubbles. I just drove home from Bradley and heard banging under the car. Apparently they never screwed the plate under the car back on properly according to Cerrito's. This is my second complaint. I had my car washed and they did a terrible job.

I’ve never had better customer service experience than I have at Scrubbin’ Bubbles! They are always willing to listen to exactly what YOU want, not what they want to sell you. Truly great staff and managers. Even have a waiting area to watch TV and wait for your car to be done. Highly recommend!

This place is the worst car wash with horrible management. Went through the wash with light dirt and came out with red splatter stains on my white car. I was upset asked for manager and he came out looked at it and said we'll let you go through again, other than that you can have our detailer clay bar it for 25% off. I told him that was unacceptable to charge someone when the wash did this and he began poking my chest and asked what I was going to do about it. Next step legal recourse.

Have to say I was extremely disappointed with the inside cleaning service. Outside was also trash but the inside of my car looked like it was barely done, like just a quick wipe of the dash with lots of dust and gunk remaining. I would never go back to this place !! Wish there was a negative star!!! The second picture was after I asked them for a rag and spray to do it myself but they still insisted and still managed not to get the job done ! $30 down the drain!!!

It's under $10 to get a basic wash for your car. If you live in the New England area, it's a good idea to do it at least once or twice a year to get the undercarriage cleaned off from the winter rock salt and chemicals. I like that they have a team of people at the end to wipe off the windows and they're always very polite. If you're nervous about getting your car on the track(s)...like I was for years...just roll down your window at the entrance and ask for help. They'll guide you.

I wasn't very impressed with the full-service cleaning. I had already used their free vacuums to get my car fairly clean but there were still crumbs in the cupholder, on the seat, and the dash wasn't super clean. I get that it isn't that much money, but it isn't worth any money, really. I would pay double just to get a decent job. Someone from the company has reached out to me now. I plan to go there tomorrow to see how they do. I’ll modify my review after. I went back by the next day and they did run the vacuum through it again. Even after the re-vacuuming there was still stuff in the trays and I just didn’t feel like dealing with it. I came back to work, got a small little nylon brush and vacuum, and spent literally two minutes getting the rest of the stuff out of the trays. It just isn’t that hard, guys. I’m not looking for a detail, I’m just trying to figure out what the extra money is for. There’s four or five places on Colony Road so I’ll definitely be going to a different one next time.

The vacuums are weak. Cheap products! The manager is illegally adding additional charges to your card that is on file. I had gotten a membership online through Groupon for the platinum membership at the scrubbin bubbles location I never have issues unless the manager is there standing with his card scanner. When I go to the location the manager constantly tells me that “he cannot find my membership.” Once when I showed him that I brought my platinum membership through Groupon he then charges my card for additional uses. I’m not sure why he keeps charging my card an additional dollar every time I go there but that’s illegal because I already paid for the membership. I should not have to go to the car wash and pay an additional dollar or even $.20 when I go there. I will not be returning customer and I will remain at Russell’s or flash car wash. I never experienced issues when I go there. Oh PS. When I went to the car wash on 1/16/2025 the manager once again scanned my membership sticker told me that he could not find my card on file (which is a lie i had my card locked because he is always charging me extra) once the manager advised me that he could not find my card on file. I did let him know. He was the only one who gives me this issue. He then told me that he was gonna charge my card for $.22 I laughed because jokes on him in my car was locked this time around :)
