Car was broken into and driver's side window smashed- Segui Brothers were so quick and professional in their fix! Reasonable price, they came to New Haven to fix, took about an hour, but that was including cleaning the glass inside and outside the car and installing window. I gave a tip because I seriously needed the car for work the next day and was grateful and impressed by their work. Very reliable company that I would go to again if something of similar nature happens!

Top tier!! I called Thursday am and spoke to Ramon about having my windshield replaced. He quoted me a great price and explained the process (they can come to you in good weather) or I can drop it off. By the afternoon I had an appointment for the next day! Dropped my car off and it was done in 2hrs! Very pleasant and professional. I also left some valuables in my car that went untouched! I highly recommend them, they’re family owned and offer the same service as the big brand, can’t go wrong.

Went to get a chip repaired but unfortunately it didn't work. He didn't charge me for it and I ended up getting the windshield replaced. He gave me a great price and installed it the next day. I went to Segui Bros because the reviews were great and now I know why. If you need car glass I highly recommend you go here. I got a quote from a big name place and I saved a ton of money. Wonderful simply a great job fixing my window. I called and had a next day appointment, Joel is one of the owners and he worked on my car along with Carlos and both men were very nice and worked fast. Excellent crew. Knowledgeable, friendly and beyond competent. Straightforward and insanely fast service with zero BS. This is a true small business that cares about your day and getting your business. I used them twice in the span of a month- once at home before a trip for a small chip in my windshield. They came out nearly immediately and offered what I would call beyond a competitive price - downright consumer-friendly. The second time I had a failure in my driver side window and was unable to close it. They helped me diagnose it over the phone and find the part. I picked it up the next afternoon and they squeezed me in at their shop upon returning from the field. Again, super easy. Nice, private and quiet shop that’s easy to get to just off the highway on the outskirts of New Haven. And once again, a stellar price. Look no further, this is your crew!
