Someone damaged the back side panel of my Toyota Sequoia. While I was in Seminole Toyota for service I asked for a recommendation and they told me to visit Anthony Jr. at Seminole Toyota Collision. I drove back there and Anthony took my vehicle and gave me an estimate. He was very professional. I was shocked at how high the price was for what looked like such a small repair, but he explained the amount of detail that was involved in making it right. When I asked if there was any wiggle room on the price, he said no; they were doing it to Toyota standards because Toyota would give a lifetime warranty, therefore they would not compromise on the work. I was impressed with that. USAA recommended Gerber so I went there for an estimate and it was almost $700 lower. But I noticed that Anthony had included parts that amounted to that. Even though Gerber was closer, I drove the extra hour to Seminole Toyota Collision because I felt that the work would be done to Toyota standards. They did not disappoint! I had to leave town and they accommodated me in every way, having the vehicle ready when I returned. When there were additional charges due to unforeseen items once they got inside, they wrote all the paperwork and submitted it to USAA and I got reimbursed for all of it. Not only was I impressed with Anthony’s professionalism, but I was impressed with the quality of work they did and how seamlessly they worked with my insurance company. I highly recommend them.

Horrible. YOU WERE WARNED.!!! They will lie to you about anything and everything. Read the other bad reviews. There is a pattern of horrible service. They went way over the expected deadline to fix the car. Nobody keeps you updated. I wonder where they get their parts from. The ac that worked before now did not. Waited 2 hours in waiting room while they said they were fixing it, to be told at 5pm their machine is broken. The next day told new compressor was broken. Needed more time. Then, i come back again the hood has huge gap between the bumper.Then, promised to detail car and pay for one day rental. A month later .I am still waiting. They wont even respond to their bad reviews.

The worst collision center ever… they are not responsive, they lost your car and then have you waiting for over a month for a phone call… Anthony the “manager” is not responsive, responsible or professional at all. And they treat you as garbage when you are calling to get information. A total waste!! Terrible service! I can only imagine the bad quality on the repairs.
