Been working with them for 4 or 5 years. A reliable place that leans on the side of minimalism if you ask for it. That is, avoiding expensive replacements, sticking with preventive care, and no scamy offers for stuff you're car doesn't need. I highly recommend doing oil changes, you can even bring your own oil & filter, at a place like this instead of drive thru places... It costs a little more but, again, no scamy offers and they won't mess with anything you haven't asked to inspect

Nobody in the business is going to gain your trust and confidence any better than Chris and his staff. He convinced me about 20 yrs. ago that he was now my go to guy. Genuine and honest mechanics are very rare these days and having the luxury of his knowledge, commitment, support, and an honest concern for your well being and safety is quite a blessing. So if you like cookie cutter, plastic coated mechanics that talk the shiny polished jibberish they're so adept in then don't go to Service Auto Care because all your going to get is a dialogue similar to that of Sgt. Joe Friday from the show Dragnet (just the facts, please) but with a friendly, not monotone, personality. I guarantee you will not be disappointed.
