his name is max works in service department . he is a buggest liar , he told me that they will charge me 240 just to tell the problem in car but he charged me $720 . they charged me extra without even telling me about additional hours and its charges .. that was my first and last with you guys i will never buy or refer anybody for chevi .

This dealership is crooked as they come. I took my vehicle in for a transmission repair, twice, since they "missed" the original issue, supposedly. I picked up my truck 3 days ago, and took it to another Chevy dealership, to see what these clowns have done. Now I have multiple oil leaks, I didn't have before they got ahold of it. If you read this and have issues with their service department; Don't try to contact either the Service Manager, Martin Granado or the General Manager, Israel Mora.. They will ignore you. If you have issues, I recommend reaching out to Chevy Customer Care, the Bureau of Automotive Repairs, the BBB, and the State Attorney General's office. Document everything. Do not trust this place.

Jeremy was absolutely horrible I brought my vehicle in for a fuel filter, oil change, the truck shakes upon braking and I told him the vehicle was leaking, I even told him where I seen the leak at he immediately tried to upsale me for what he called was a oil diagnosis for close to $300, if i recall correctly. I explained to him that if you notice any leaking please just let know I also explained to him that the vehicle is still under warranty along with having an extended warranty. He insured me that his service department would do a multi point inspection and agreed to call me if they seen anything. Not only was I told my brakes where working fine and they didn't see any leaks. Before I drove off I pointed out to Jeremy that the vehicle was still leaking and it's in a very noticeable place so clearly someone wasn't doing their job or was simply lying. On top of all this my vehicle still shakes as well which is a safety concern.

While I arrived at the service center for regular oil change (appointment made before, not just walk-in), service advisor questioned me why's I am here for after I told my name. Which is not acceptable because service advisor should know why I was there for because I'm an appointment customer. Otherwise I was okay with other things like they did oil changed very quickly even though service advisor told that it'll take hour and half to two hours. The place is nice, clean and friendly environment.

This place is horrible. Would never recommend them to anyone. I have a 2022 Chevy Silverado was having transmission problems so I took it to them. I bought it from them only a couple months ago. It took them almost 2 months to fix my transmission just for me to get it back and now it’s worse it red lines now. I paid for an oil change as well on the way back from Vegas the very next day my oil light comes on saying I have 8% oil life left so I check the dipstick.
