I’m a part time Uber driver so I’m obviously in this dealership quite often. They are always very friendly/thorough and detailed oriented. They even give you a video of the vehicle condition and work being done. The service is fast and wait times are fast. Also a great coffee making machine!

I had a screw in my tire in just the wrong place so it couldn't be patched be had to be replaced. I did not have an appointment, and I needed to be downtown at a specific time. Becky called around to find a replacement tire--whoever she called wasn't going to have a tire until the next day, but she said that wasn't good enough. We needed a tire today. They have a shuttle and took me to my appointment downtown, then picked me up again when I was finished. My tire was changed; my car was vacuumed and washed. It was perfect! Becky is always pleasant, knows her job well, and I will always look for her when I need service. Thank you!

Honestly great service and super nice people. I'd give 5 stars, but the place is just lacking in amenities other dealerships provide. So it's more of a reflection on business decisions of the leadership than a reflection of the staff or service there (which is excellent) No loaners for warranty/recall service. If an issue is manufacturer caused, why do I need to spend money to make sure I have a vehicle for the day? When pulling up to the front, no staff came outside to meet me. Not a big deal, but pretty typical of most dealerships I've worked with in the area. Painstakingly difficult to schedule service if you have nuance to the situation you need to speak to someone about (due to their AI scheduling service and long hold times). I called in for a part, and was assured it was in stock (so I cancelled my cheaper online order through a third party in favor of immediacy), when I arrived an hour later, the part was out of stock and they confirmed no one had been in to buy one between my call and my arrival. Ended up going to the acura dealership down the street, so not super inconvenient. But a reflection of poor inventory management. That said, everyone there is super friendly, and my service advisor even went so far as to credit me with a warranty oil change even though I came in early (I always do 5k oil changes for turbocharged vehicles).

The service department was great. When I set up the appointment I asked them to make sure the parts were there and even made a second call to remind them when I came in no parts were there they weren’t ordered. The service person I worked with apologized and quills told me to come back the next day when ever I could get there. The next day I was there when they opened he took me right in the parts were there I was out in 2 hours. If somebody had ordered the parts like they were supposed to it would have been better. It wasn’t the service peoples fault. That’s why I still gave service people 5 stars.

I have been a customer since 1968 and will be until I die! They truly are nuber ONE in my book for all these years. This dealership is great. I’ve been using them to service my Hondas for years now. They are fairly priced and timely. I like the video reviews they provide. Helps me feel reassured the work I am paying for is actually being performed. The one reason I can’t mark this as a 5-star is based on the recommendation by miles only. I just had my fluids replaced at a different dealer. Had the technician actually pulled out the dipstick and looked, he would have seen the fluids were new. However, he just makes a recommendation based on miles or age. Makes me feel like I am getting the wool pulled over my eyes. If you’re a technician and already under the hood, go the next step and pull the dipstick and give an honest recommendation. It will build more trust with your customers.

Garff Honda service is top notch. I buy Hondas and drive them for over 20 years. Currently driving 03 Element. 100 percent of the service has been and will be done at Garff. They exceed my expectations on every visit. This last visit was a complex electrical issue that took them about 4 or 5 hours to figure out. They continuously offered to take me home and pick me up. I stayed because their waiting areas have all the comforts of home and knock-your-socks off fresh coffee maker. Last but far from least, Danielle Fisher is an outstanding service advisor.
