I had my six year comprehensive service completed at Salt Lake Audi on my Q5. As always, the entire staff make the process so easy and fast/efficient. I was also provided a beautiful new Q5 as a loaner for the day to go to work. It was gorgeous. Sam and my other check in and check out agent did an excellent job all around, as well as the service guys. They also made sure my Audi service was completed early in the day. Thank you so much Audi!

People were nice, easy to get a loaner vehicle. But they said they fixed my remote start issue and it still only works 50% of the time. They also could not fix my other tech issues and my car is new and still under warranty. For a car this expensive you don’t want to hear that the tech is just glitchy.

Issac and Olive were amazing. I did not realize that my car’s service would take most of the day. Olive did not want me to have to reschedule and was able to offer me a loaner. Issac was my consultant. He explained everything. Kept me up to date and worked around my schedule to return the loaner at my convenience. My car is in great shape and the whole experience was seamless. Very happy with this Audi service department.

I had to have my S3 towed into the dealership because it wouldn’t hold a charge in the battery… they got it right in and checked everything over to make sure that was the only issue. They stayed in touch with me throughout the process and everything was still under warranty so my cost was zero. I have had some issues with my phone in the car and when I mentioned it, Landon Cook came out and sat with me in the car to show me how so many things worked that I hadn’t been aware of. Great service!

Did I drive past a closer Audi dealer in order to get to Audi Salt Lake City and have my car serviced there? Yes I did… And it was worth it. They got me in the next morning and had my car fixed and inspected before noon. They provided a great video update and explanation of everything that was done. Service personnel were great - got me in and out quickly. Communication was great letting me know the status along the way. Loved the service video that was sent to me. Only complaint is I had a $33.64 charge on my credit card that I was not made aware of. Not sure what it is for. Only thing I can think of is I did not return the courtesy vehicle with a full tank of gas as it was not full when i picked it up. I filled it to the same level before returning.

Appreciated the diagnostic video along with narrative. Ended up replacing front lower ball joint boots that were torn open along with wishbone control arms was able to see this via the video. Replaced my rear paring sensor harness and retainer which is the reason I brought car in. Parking sensors had stoped working. Apparently the wires/box had rusted or corroded. Audi had to order parts in. Was able to secure a loaner vehicle for both services since it took about two weeks all together. Suspension arms were done first so I was able to drive my vehicle while waiting for sensor parts to get in. They were installed in about a day. After receiving parts. The tech failed at putting back together all the items in my trunk area (Q5) leaving the side panels off, the security screen off and on back seat. I put things back together and it didn’t fit right. After several calls about this. My Service advisor came to my house and we fixed it correctly. Apparently the tech pulled the rear seats way forward something I’ve never done causing my rear privacy/security screen to have a large gap between seats and screen. Sam was able to fix that. Appreciated him coming to my house to help! Zero stars for the technician Mike. If he would’ve put things back together as he should have it would have saved me and Sam many hours of trouble shooting. When I picked up the Q5 the second time all things were back in place.

As a first time at Audi Salt Lake, the experience was great. I had the pleasure to work with Samuel (service advisor) and he was such a great guy! I had some specific requests and he made sure they were all met. Sam really listens and cares which I really admired. Additionally, I don't know the name of the technician that worked on my car but I can tell he had excellent communication with Sam and was very detail oriented and kept everything spotless. I will be taking my cars to Audi Salt Lake because of Sam and the way he takes a great care of his customers and more importantly their cars! Thank you again, Sam and I will be seeing you later.

Great service! Only complaint is that I had an appointment for 12:10pm and after going to lunch and coming back at 2pm my car still hadn’t been back for service yet. Ended up finishing around 3pm. Not sure why I made an appointment when it still took 3 hours to get an oil change done. Other than that, everyone is friendly and prices are fair. I like the lobby and the wifi was fast while we were waiting.

I recently took my Audi eTron to Audi SLC for the 60K inspection along with two recall items, and the experience was very solid from start to finish. The check-in process was easy, and the staff was friendly and professional. All work was completed fully and on time, as promised. I appreciated being provided with a loaner car since the service took the full day and I needed transportation. Throughout the day, I received helpful text updates on the progress, and at the end I was given a clear and thorough overview of the inspection and work performed. My car was returned in the same condition it was dropped off. Overall, a smooth and well-managed service experience. This was our first experience with Audi SLC after moving to the area from out of state. We loved our previous Audi dealer and after this experience, will have no problem going to Audi SLC in the future.

Was very impressed with their service department. Came in with a car that had a shot engine and was worried we were going to be in a really bad spot. Ryan Walker was able to save the day by working closely with our third party warranty company along with Audi directly to get all of our issues resolved at the lowest price that they could. Not only that but they are very accommodating by scheduling Ubers for us to make sure we can always get where we need to while our cars are being worked on. Very professional and great to work with. They permanently earned my business on my last visit for an oil change. Olive was extremely attentive and helpful to my needs. Jack came in also to answer some questions I had about technology on one of my Audis. Both were willing to help and take all the time I needed so things were understood. The work performed was thorough but timely and their hot chocolate was awesome. I will be back for Service here versus Lehi next time.
