I purchased an extended warranty directly through Vision Warranty Corporation, and Ken Garff Nissan in Ogden, UT is listed as an approved repair shop on their coverage network. When my vehicle needed a covered repair, I brought it here since they were on the list. I showed them proof of my active warranty and that their shop was an authorized service location. They flat-out refused to do the work. What's the point of being listed as a covered repair shop if you're going to turn customers away? Very frustrating experience. I'd recommend other Vision Warranty holders skip this location and find a shop that will actually honor the coverage.

I had my car serviced for my 60,000 mile checkup. Which all appears fine. However, I saw my back window wiper is coming apart and wasn't replaced. Also my passenger door was sticking when I opened it. Then I noticed someone spilled a coke by the front seat and door. I paid for an oil change maintenance prepaid package last year and it is almost due. I thought they would change that at the same time. I asked them if they did it and they said they could have, but they didnt check my records. Now I have to make an extra trip and wait for my maintance package oil change

The folks who checked me in and worked on the car were great. I enjoy the video they send you on the condition of all the things that gets checked during service. I bought my Rouge new here in 2016. It's only been serviced here, it still feels and drives like new! I'm very pleased!

I have had my Armada serviced there twice and was pleased with the staff and the services performed. In-between services I needed to change my rear wiper blade. I had already bought the blade but when I went to install it the nut wouldn't budge without me feeling like it would break the wiper. I went and asked the service manager if I was doing something wrong just for information. They ended up doing it for me and didn't charge anything. That was above my expectations. It was very appreciated.

Been going there for years , the turn over of employees is constant but I like them all, so far had a guitar, pedal and bottle of pills taken from truck. Can’t prove it was there but didn’t go anywhere else. Was quoted twice over 1700 dollars to replace a part I don’t need. The correct part is 160 bucks online and an hour install time, I know dealerships are more but 1400 dollars more ???????

Professional and nice people. Took longer than what they said it would by about 45 mins but I didn't make an appointment because it said not to online. So confusing. But they give free soda/coffee while you wait and tv and the seats were comfy. The tires they wanted to sell us were way too much. But that's a dealership price, so I just went to Discount for those. This was our last free oil change from when we bought the car. Nice while it lasted.

When I got my new car I bought an oil change package with it so I could bring it back to a place I trusted. My last 2 Nissans I have brought there. When I first started taking my car there, they were on time, fast and thorough. They took care of my car really well. Now even when I schedule an appointment I have to wait an hour just for them to take my car back to the service area. What’s the point of making an appointment if everyone else that just shows up without one still goes first? And how many people are you scheduling for the same time? 2 almost 3 hours for an oil change is ridiculous. This has happened several times now and I don’t think I’ll be repurchasing a package. I might just go somewhere else.
