This place doesn’t even deserve a star!!! I’ve never written a review before, but I’m going to take the time out for this one.... When I arrived to the car wash a gentleman signaled to me for me to exit the vehicle and to go inside to pay for the wash... I exited the car and went to the back so that I could put my belongings on the chair and any trash on the floor since they had to vacuum.... When I left my car there was just piece of paper on the floor. I specifically made sure they explained to me why tire wash and tire shine were 2 different prices and not just automatically included (I was really confused but whatever).... The sales woman broke it down to me and told me that they would thoroughly clean my rims and then add the tire shine.... Great right?!? Nope!, everything but that happened!! When I approached the car I seen that there was still dirt build up on the tires, I didn’t say anything because the gentleman was still working... A moment later the gentleman said ok I’m done... When he said it I thought it was a joke! Every single tire had the same dirt on it!! When my best friend went to approach him about it he gave her a rag to do the work herself!!! Eventually someone else came over and begin cleaning the tires... (which was still a waste of time) I left the car wash after the second attempt of trying to get my tires cleaned the right way.. I pulled around the corner to finish the work myself and when I went to my back seat I came to find that they took my personal items out of my car!!! A book bag and a hand towel (both that I personally left on my back seat) both were missing!!! They stole from me!!! What kind of business is ok with their employees doing such nonsense???? I will NEVER go back to this establishment and I’m sorry that I even spent my money there!!! My sunroof was never touched, my tires are filthy, my door jams were never touched, it was just the worse experience I can think of and I mean that!!!! You guys need to do better!

I came to location because it was discounted for the ladies and local. My car has so many watermarks on it. It wasn’t clean once it dried, almost like the water was dirty that they washed with. However, I can say that the interior was cleaned very well.

Okay car wash, however they never wipe off any brake dust or heavy dirt off of rims. Don’t understand how you gloss wheels but don’t power clean rims. Went there one time as I need my car cleaned and detailed since I do Uber and did great. After that they been mediocre.

The service I paid for (Ritz) was not the service I received. When my car came through the wash, the hand toweling was inadequate resulting with me having to speak with one of the service men to express my displeasure. There were blue streaks of solution on all four of my tires. His response was to hastily re-towel the area and then engage in a series of unpleasantries with me. He was extremely rude and should not be working in any industry where he has to interact with customers. On my ride home I realized that the inside of my car was never touched. Overall it was a terrible and costly experience.

Paid for a premium wash and still had dead insects stuck to my windshield and front grill- no attention to detail and the waiting area is steaming hot! Terrible service!

Terrible Experience! ================ Not professional at all. It was my first time at this place this morning, possibly the last. My car is still dirty. Workers do not respect the customer, except one guy who does the polishing outside. He is super. Thank you man. My advise: DO NOT GO THERE! you are going to waste your time & money, and your car will remain dirty!

This is the worse car wash I ever been to in my entire life. It took over an hr of waiting. Once ya car is finally in the wash, they’re constantly cutting off the machine. The guy was smoking a black and mild while vacuuming cars. They have the most nonchalant, not care attitude I ever saw. I wouldn’t go back to this car wash if it was the only place in the city. Pathetic. Wish I could leave -5 stars.

This place is terrible. They forgot to put a car in neutral and instead put the gear in reverse and the car drifted back over the curve and got stuck 😳 a cinder block had to be used to leverage the car until a lift came to lifted the car off the high curve and grass..

Okay I’m not one to do this but I have to be honest, I was very disappointed. I asked for the standard service ($12.99)which is just a basic wash and vacuum and wipe down on the dashboards on the inside, and the front lady charged me for a Deluxe wash ($17.99) which still wasn’t a big deal so I said fine I’ll just take the deluxe. Haha I came to my car after and it was barely vacuumed on the inside and they didn’t even wipe down the dashboards at all, and the car was poorly washed and had water spots all over. (They weren’t busy at all when I showed up either) if you’re just looking to get your car washed and don’t care about the quality and looking for something quick then this place is for you! I will give them that it was very quick. Haha over all not very good. Really nice people though!

I chose the highest price they have ($30), because they were supposed to clean it well, but I left with my car dry and dirtier than before entering this place ,especially the tires, so I am forced to go to another car wash to clean it, first and last time here.

Okay Experience.. Was there @8am.. Was finished by 8:50.. Receptionist was onnher phone loud talking the whole time I was waiting for my vehicle to be finished. Will be back for my FREE CAR WASH when it's done RAINING THO 😝

I paid for a full car detailing but it didn’t come out as expected. They used an oily product on the dash and it’s sticky when touching it, the windows look dirtier than before and nothing to say about the windshield! Also they cut corners, I had to remember them to do some parts of the car that they missed. It’s a cheaper option but if you want to get a good car cleaning it’s better to spend a few more dollars to get it to look like new. Never going back there.

Pros: They do a good job. Price is on point. Cons: If you're looking for a fancy clean building to wait inside of, this is not your place. No heat in the winter, or they choose not to turn it on. The large glass window you look through watching your car, normally is leaky and the floor has towels to soak it up. Who knows if this place even passes code. The past 2 times I've went, I had to ask the guy (who may or may not by blitzed out of his mind) to please not smoke his black n mild cigar in my truck while he's vacuuming it. (Would think that's common sense 🤔) My overall: I will continue to go to this place because it's local to me, the price is good, the car is cleaned to my liking every time, and the other customers are nice and inviting. If you can look past the accommodations while you wait for your car, then stop by this place. If you're boujee, then keep on rolling.

Cameron was so great he spotted a crack in my windshield after my wash and he immediately jumped into action to get my glass fixed! He walked me through the process and fixed it himself! He’s very kind and shows lots of knowledge about his work. I’ll be coming back again!

This car wash is amazing, they flex to be able to wash trucks with ladder racks, and the staff is always friendly and attentive. They go above and beyond: wiping everything down, including said ladder racks I am always very impressed and their pricing is fair.

It depends on who is cleaning your car sometimes they do a good job and sometimes they don't they move slow they do a so-so job I can definitely go somewhere else last time going here and they forgot to put my car mats back in the car

Great car wash, been going there for years now. The prices are fair for the good wash and shine your car gets, your tires can be shined too but prices vary. It's even more convenient since it has an oil change department for car service besides washing, even better you get a free car wash when you get your oil changed.

First time going to the sharon hill location very convenient from trips, coming back and forth to the airport.I've been going to Broomall and been spoiled there.The early downfall for sharon hill.Is it don't have the chamois to dry the car at the end like the one in broomall. Other than that it's very convenient
