I have taken my old van to Fix Car Care Clinics twice now. Both times I received excellent customer service. They didn't charge me the first time when it turned out it was just a dead battery, even after I offered to compensate for their labor just for checking. When I brought it the second time, they did everything they could to try to minimize the price for me, and gave excellent advice on how to purchase some parts cheaper myself. I am extremely grateful to have a reliable shop in the neighborhood that is run with great kindness, patience, and integrity. I will come to this shop for all my future car needs!

I highly recommend this shop, I had someone change my battery terminals and he didn't place the wires in properly so my car wasn't running correctly. I found this shop on Google went there and the service was outstanding. Not only were they able to help me but because the issue was small, I was able to get in and out in seconds. Also the price was totally reasonable.

Honest and friendly. They won’t upsell you on anything. The prices are reasonable and I really trust their work. No bells and whistles, they just really know what they are doing. I’ve had great service here in the past for inspection and oil change. Today I just stopped by because my breaks were squeaking. They conveniently fit me in to their schedule, and inspected the breaks for free. My brakes turned out to have very little wear. So I walked away with reassurance at no cost to me.

I live around the corner from The Fix and I feel so lucky to have them as a mechanic and a neighbor! In all the years I have been going to them, they have never steered me wrong, especially when I had my old lemon of a car. J.R. was so helpful with all the problems I was having with it and even told me when to stop putting more money into it. Another mechanic could have kept squeezing me for more money but it speaks to J.R.’s honesty and integrity that he told me when to stop. I have a newer, much more reliable car now and still can depend on The Fix for any issues and basic maintenance I need for it. They have always been friendly, honest, fairly-priced and especially kind and generous towards their neighbors. 100% recommended. If I ever move out of this neighborhood, I will continue to be their customer!

This is the most reasonable, reliable, and honest auto shop in the area. I moved a little bit farther away from here recently but I will continue to bring my car here because other shops were completely overcharging me and trying to convince me I needed a ton of work when I really did not. This shop will never try to sell you on repairs you don’t need, and they do a great job on any work you do have done. Highly recommend to anyone in Philly!

These guys are truly just an amazing shop. I feel very lucky to have them nearby as they are just what you want from a shop so you don’t have to go to the dealer. The owner and all his guys are really good guys, know what they are doing and don’t mind taking the time to explain it also. They did a great job putting an exhaust on my WRX, oil changes and some other random things and they are always the most affordable, quality option and never try to do anything unless it’s needed and fully understood … great shop!
