They have their good days and bad days. Sometimes your cars comes out great, but sometimes it's actually worse than when ypu drove in. The manager isn't much help, he just tells you it's normal and not to worry about it. Today was a bad day. Paid 21 dollars for crap. No tire shine, dirty windows, interior is worse than I brought it. The car came out with foam still all over it and they just dried it into the body and windows. The manager said that's normal for when you get the polish option???★★☆☆☆ 9 years ago

DO NOT GO HERE! They have thieves working there! They will STEAL anything of value from your glovebox or center console! I took my new car to this car Wash, by the time it came out the other end, it had deep scratches on the side. The next car came out behind my car car had the same scratches in the same location. My mother went there yesterday for a Car wash. And one of the employees business crashed into the sign and totaled her car. Cherry topper, by the time the cops arrived the employee had left the scene and gone home as per the manager. Even though when I was on the phone with the manager at that time since my mother called me, I requested him for the employee to stay at the scene. And the manager decided to get loud with me and not tell him how to do his job, then proceeded to hang up the phone on me. So the manager has employees that can't drive a car into the car wash, manager didn't keep his employee at the scene of an accident and manager doesn't have any address or contact information of the employee. But I shouldn't tell him how to do his job, or maybe he shouldn't be the manager.★☆☆☆☆ 3 years ago

Once again, after not coming to this company for a few years due to the experience I had the last time I tried to give this business another opportunity. This young lady handed my keys over to someone else and he walked out with them. I guess she mixed up the payment. After the mix up she proceeded to have me wait behind all of the Spanish customers. She didn’t inform me to hold on or provide be with an update so I am just sitting there confused as to why she has me waiting behind all the customers after she just called me up. When I asked her and her coworker for an update after standing around for 5-7 minutes, they both had an attitude. There’s no professionalism with the cashiers. It is always the issue. The mechanics are asking me why I didn’t pick up my car yet as I wait for an update. I’m over this place.★☆☆☆☆ a year ago

Updated: car wash took ownership and helped me get the rear windshield wiper blade and assembly replaced. May 2nd 2025 brought my xc90 between 6-630 and the machine ripped my wiper blade off the vehicle no manager on duty★★★★☆ Edited 5 months ago

This was my go-to car wash for over 10 years. I'd drive 20 mins to come here. Today, they haven't even opened the trunk, as i found out 30 mins after leaving! I want my money back. What kind of car WASH is that? Mind you, I always get service #3, not basic.★☆☆☆☆ a year ago

I’ve been to this place a few times for oil changes and car washes, and while the prices are very reasonable and the services they offer are solid, there’s definitely room for improvement when it comes to customer service. The oil change personnel are great—diverse, hardworking, and they get the job done well. However, the front desk staff could use some work. They seem more interested in chatting amongst themselves and focusing on their looks rather than expediting services or engaging with customers. Communication is also pretty minimal, which can be frustrating when you’re waiting and no one’s keeping you in the loop. Overall, if you’re looking for a no-frills, budget-friendly option, this place does the trick. But don’t expect much in terms of customer care beyond the basic services.★★★☆☆ a year ago

terrible customer service, i came last week to get a oil changed and paid for a detailing on my car for the manager to tell me the detailing person isnt there and i could call to make an appointment. i call today to make an appointment and the lady tells me “im so sorry for this answer but i wont be able to take you in for a detailing as the manager says he doesnt know when we can do it” i ask the lady if the person is there for the detailing and if they’re saying no. i then ask to speak to the manager. the manager gets on the phone and is extremely rude and disrespectful immediately dismissing me and telling me only in the summer they can do the detailing i ask them why when last week they told me i could call for an appointment. and he keeps dismissing me and saying “no no no no we can’t we can’t” interrupting me the whole time and not even giving a reason for why i was giving a voucher for my detailing and now i can’t redeem it since there’s a month expiration on it. the customer service was completely horrendous, i’ve been a paying customer here for over 10 years my whole family comes here for our car washes and oil changes on 4 different cars so we spend a lot of money here frequently and have never gotten this type of service. the manager was extremely rude and dismissive and if im not contacted for an apology and an appointment for my detailing my family and i will never come here again and you have lost many customers from me since i have told many people to go there. it’s ridiculous a paying customer that has already paid for a service has to deal with disrespect from a manager mind you.★☆☆☆☆ a month ago

I don’t like to give negative reviews and complain I’ve always took my cars there zero complaints but however today I took my BMW to get a quick out side wash and before entering the washing machine because the passenger side skirt was a bit damaged I’ve asked the guy being concerned about my car if this is going to be an issue and he said it’s fine and it shouldn’t be a problem once my car was in the process of being dried by the dryers the passenger side side skirt blew off and not only that my rear license plate came off as well which is unheard of and very unacceptable since cars cost money. The heavier lady at the counter attitude is disgusting. The way she talks to you is very nasty. I asked for basic car wash instead of exterior so they can at least vacuum and quick wipe on inside. All they did was quick vacuum where there were still crumbs and the outside and car still had water dripping on outside. When I asked them to wipe inside she very dimissingly waiving her hand they don't wipe inside just outside which they barely did. Never again!★☆☆☆☆ a month ago

I've come here for a while and brought multiple cars by with no complaint but this is crazy. I paid for the #2 package, which includes wheel cleaning. One guy actually cleaned, the other did nothing at all. To top it off, they scratched some tint off. Maybe it was an off day but I won't risk it anymore.★★☆☆☆ a year ago

My last time at this place! I’ve always washed my car here, always choosing the most complete and expensive option. The service itself is usually good, but the initial customer service is terrible. The guy who greets customers is consistently rude and disrespectful. This time, he told me the full wash wasn’t available, even though it was a slow, cloudy day and well within business hours. When I politely insisted, he started yelling at me and even told me to shut up. I asked to speak with the manager, who didn’t seem to care and simply said he would “talk to him.” After this experience, I’m never coming back and definitely don’t recommend this place to anyone. ——————— Thank you for your response. That’s not exactly what happened. When I questioned why they couldn’t provide the service, he quickly changed his answer and said they actually could — and I ended up getting it done on the same day and time, not on the next business day. What bothered me was that it felt like they didn’t want to work, and especially the rude way he spoke to me. I have been using sharp auto for over two years, for both routine oil changes and cleaning of my company’s rental vehicles. This past year we have noticed significant changes, but we are loyalty people, and maintained faith and commitment to coming here since we have built a great relationship with a lot of the workers. However, quality and service is declining more and more each time we bring any of the vehicles here. I brought my personal vehicle here for their $40 interior detail, but unfortunately have received better quality from other car washes basic wash options. The vehicle I had the interior detail on was a model Y. They did not clean the exterior or interior side of the sunroof, the specific reason why I even needed an interior detail versus a regular wash. They did not wipe down any of the doors, the rails that the seat slides on, the middle console, or even thoroughly vacuum. There was fingerprints, and crumbs, and everything in between from traveling with my very young kids still left inside of my vehicle. When I addressed the issues to the workers that clean the vehicle, it was as if they knew they knew they slacked on this detail. They both laugh and giggled to each other and one even said I told you to the other. I had faith that because it was the most expensive car wash option that my vehicle would’ve been thoroughly cleaned however, I had to sit there and micromanage just to get a decent clean completed. I still had to go home and thoroughly detail it myself. I need to know that this should’ve been a 40 minute job to complete the cleaning of the vehicle, but my Tesla app showed that the car doors were all shut and the vehicle was locked up literally 10 to 15 minutes after I dropped off. There was no thorough cleaning completed at all. A waste of my $40 as I could’ve cleaned the vehicle better myself. I need to also mention that even their basic wash is terrible. Please do not expect them to do anything more than vacuum and run the car through the wash. They do not wipe down cupholders, they do not wipe the steering wheel, they do not wipe the center console or the dashboard, or the door handles or anything else of that matter. And you need to stand over them to make sure that they are even thoroughly vacuuming. It’s very disappointing as we use them for our fleet of 11 vehicles almost every day. Our college students that assist us have taken notice to it. It’s truly a shame because this place has so much potential, but is terribly managed.★☆☆☆☆ 3 months ago
