A week ago, there was a torrential rainstorm while my dad was coming home in the evening, and he went through some water on Richmond Avenue but he didn’t know how deep it was. His car gave out, thinks the motor blew. He had to push his car off to the side of the road, knee deep in water and I found Fix a Dent towing for him to call. They said an hour but showed up within 45 mins. Andrew was over the top considerate, patient and knowledgeable. My dad was so thankful that he was raving about Andrew for days. The price was reasonable considering the weather and we can’t afford these type of sudden issues. We can’t thank Andrew and Fix-a-Dent towing enough!!!

I work at an auto body shop in Brooklyn, NY..a very hectic and busy one! So anytime I come across another business that makes my job easier instead of harder. I am very grateful. And that’s what Fix A Dent did for me today! I had to get one of my customers vehicles towed from Staten Island to Brooklyn in a very sticky situation. I called Fix A Dent and Tara picked up immediately! Tara was friendly, kind and beyond helpful! I then had the Pleasure of speaking to one of the bosses (so sorry I don’t remember the name) and after a brief conversation he agreed to help us out in towing this vehicle! They went the extra mile so we could get this car picked up today and delivered to us! John, the tow truck driver was next level awesome! He called me when he was on his way and when he was close by with such a friendly and helpful vibe! He arrived and was quick, efficient and absolutely lovely! Can tell he’s a hard worker! I will absolutely use them again for every single towing need! I would give 10 stars if I could. Thank you so much for the service today. You guys were amazing.

I called AAA for roadside assistance while staying in Staten Island. I had noticed an issue with one tire making a lot of noise and rattling. Fix A Dent called, picked up my car within an hour, and told me to call back the next morning. I didn’t even have to, as they called me first! The fix was thankfully simpler than I had thought, and Phyllis, Jessica, and Michael were all great about letting me know what had happened and how to prevent it in future. So glad that even while traveling, I could get amazing help to keep my car in good shape!

They really ripped me off. It was my first time using aaa roadside assistance, and took advantage of and made me pay cash or else they will not give me my car, after they took it with a lie. And screamed on the phone and acted really nasty. Stay away!!!

I went to them with a small dent that I wanted fixed. I guess it was too small a job for them. They looked at my car from a distance for about 5 seconds and said it needed body work and that it would cost $600 to $800. They didn't seem interested. I went to another shop and they did the dent repair. Depending Auto Body did an amazing job for a fair price.

Always a great experience at Fix A Dent. When driving my 2014 Subaru this past Thursday evening, the axle snapped! I called Fix A Dent, and the tow truck driver Antonio arrived in less than 20 minutes and was so kind and understanding. I received a call from the office shortly after they opened the next day (Friday) and they informed me of everything that needed to be fixed and were transparent with the estimate. Michael was extremely knowledgeable and I had the car back Friday afternoon. QUICKEST turn around time, top notch customer service, and unbeatable pricing. Fix a dent is amazing my daughters Acura TLX in phantom violet pearl, which is a rare color was hit in the rear. Jimmy, the owner was amazing. He lives up to all his expectations. It took him three weeks to fix the car, cause there was a lot of damage, but the car came out beautiful and returned on the lease immaculate condition, Gina with The whole time she kept me up-to-date on my vehicle and amazing experience and a well job done. Also, I want to thank his front staff. for keeping me posted On everything that was going along with the vehicle. I would also like to take time out to thank judge and the guys who did the work on my vehicle. Excellent job. I couldn’t thank them enough. I hope I never have to go through the experience again but if I did Fix A Dent 110% I would definitely use them again for bodywork when I tell you it’s an amazing job. I got into an accident and was really upset the tow truck guy really was professional and informative Thank you Jerry, He introduced me to his crew, Gina seamlessly and smoothly helped me through the paperwork for the insurance and her wonderful receptionist that made me feel very calm and welcomed me into the wonderful world of getting the job done professionally; like nothing ever happened and as quick as ever and it is the holiday rush. Be ware of this shop when you're assigned to them for towing via AAA/other roadside assistance. In total I waited almost 5 hours and never received service. I called Roadside Assistance at 8:48 AM and was quoted a 105 minute arrival time for a tow. When no one showed up, I called back multiple times for updates and was eventually connected directly to the shop, about 3 hours later. Phyllis repeatedly pushed the ETA later and later into the day while talking over me and trying to pressure me to reschedule the tow to Monday (today is Saturday), despite the fact that my car was already disabled and I had been waiting for hours. I was then transferred to Michael (“Mike”), and the conversation became even more humiliating and traumatic. He was extremely rude, condescending, later gaslighting me for requesting service on a Saturday. He abruptly hung up after telling me someone would arrive in 20 minutes. At this point it had already been approximately 4.5 hours since my initial call for assistance. After waiting another 30 minutes with no tow truck showing up, I called again and was told the shop was closing and that I would need to call roadside assistance again to restart the process. This is now almost 5 hours since my initial request. As a customer requesting help through a service provider, this behaviour is completely unacceptable. Being repeatedly misled about arrival times, spoken over, treated with disrespect, and ultimately dismissed after hours of waiting is not only poor customer service but also completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

Absolutely amazing! I got a sudden flat after hitting a pot and I drove over with the bit of air I had left and no hesitation, they fixed me right up!
