I bring my battery here to charge all the time and I feel like I am not being judged, I come here on a usual for majority of my auto parts. The staff helped save me $200 cause of my bad battery (I had a warranty I did not know about) Quiet place, and quick paying process. The staff is always willing to help. 5 Stars well deserved.

I'm glad they were open late on a Sunday. I called looking for a starter for a 23 yr old truck. They had a new one and a remanufatured one on the shelf. I purchased the new one. I've shopped here several times and it has always been a good experience.

Staff are pretty good. Helpful and friendly. Recently returned an air pump with minimal fuss. Some parts bought there have been of cheap if not downright questionable quality. Makes the buying experience a letdown and sometimes a real hassle.

Was hesitant to go back here as I had a really bad experience about 5 years ago with a manager and my battery.. only place open for a battery so I went, Joey who I believe is one of the managers helped me. Very helpful very knowledgeable guy. Took care of me and fixed my batter with easy. Super happy I was in such good hands with him

Great place to shop or find info about your car. Some items are not available so you have to order. They can improve in selection of merchandise and be a little more helpful. Overall slight improvement over past times I have been in that store. If they continue to innovate and improve it will be awesome.

My car had a dead battery and other issues and the two workers here (Jenn & Alexis) went out of their way to help me make sure I was able to fix the issue. I was surprised. Have to give them a shoutout for their excellent customer service. PS: management needs to fix the AC and heat in this shop.

Exceptional service and knowledgable team! Very pleased. So I pulled my front bumper off when I parked at a concrete parking stopper. I was frazzled and wasn’t sure what to do. Thankfully there was an Autozone store right across the street. I walked in and Joey immediately said he’d look at it. He spent a lot of time tying it for me so that it wouldn’t fly off and I could travel safely. Thanks to them I felt so much better about my drive home. It’s so important to highlight exceptional customer service and this is one of them. Stopped by on 9/12/25, helped my self to what I needed, got on line to pay and I was the only one in line, another customer was at the counter asking for a battery and there were no other customers waiting, 2 more employees are there and no one came to help or offered to help. I ended up leaving without anything, that's why I avoid giving this place business. I am tired of this big corporate stores with no customer service putting small businesses out. I will continue to support small businesses as much as I can.

I went there today to buy a battery for my 2013 Rav4. I was extremely upset and extremely emotional. The salesperson Sean took his time and asked me if I needed a hug. Which i'm most definitely did! I kindly accepted that hug. I have never in my life felt more calm and Appreciated by a salesperson. He then explained the 2 options for my vehicle. He installed the battery I chose with such professionalism. He was kind and caring. I can't say enough Good things about him. There should be more people employed like him by autozone on richmond avenue in staten island again.I highly recommend this autozone and use Sean.

They installed the new battery, applied corrosion protection, and even removed rust to prevent a future issue for no additional price. Was able to stop her early in the morning, and was done before my work day began. Thanks!
