Went in to have tire repaired. They tried to charge 10.00 more than 3months earlyer.I refused and started to leave.they agreed to lower price. I will not go back.

I called to see how much it was to get a set of tires put on, the guy said $60. Not bad right and that included balancing. Ok so it’s around 4:00 they didn’t close until 5:30-6. They closed early that day because of the Alabama game which is understandable because I’m an Alabama fan Roll Tide. Anyway he said I open tomorrow at 10 you can come then I said ok no problem. Went there why is it not open 1 you closed early 2 you lied and didn’t even open the next day, because it 1:48 now and your still not open bad business DO NOT GO HERE!

A1 Tires is absolutely amazing. The customer service from the time I called about prices to when I showed up to have the work done has been so courteous. I didn’t have the the lock right away and they helped me look for it, because I didn’t know what a tire lock was for the rims on this vehicle. Never once rude and always positive. Even recommended a great place to get some muffler work done and gave me a great price on breaks too. Beat price in town for tires and beat customer service hands down. Thank you A1 for taking care of my Sons Highlander.

This place does bad business, I took a car in, already had 3 new tires, just needed them put on and balanced. I already knew most places charge $20-25 a tire, they charged $30, I didn't mind because they were able to jump on it and do it quick. So $100 to put 3 new tires on. The next day, one of them had leaked down to 24 psi, I filled it back up to 42 psi that afternoon, the next morning it had leaked back down. So they didn't mount the bead properly, i had someone else take it back today and they charged this female another $30 and broke the sensor in the process, so now I have to buy a new sensor plus, the person I sent only had $40 and they didn't claimed to not have change. You don't do business like this! I will be stopping bye when I get off work!

Life saver! While visiting family nearby we had a leak in our tire. The locals highly recommend this business for emergency tire needs. Lo and behold, they repaired our tire valve after a 20 minute wait! We sat in the car while getting it done and perfecto! We were in our way! Thank God for these small businesses!!
