Easy to get in and out of. Car wash is a great option. Sometimes it's fairly busy so you might be waiting for a pump

fuel price is higher then most around the area but wanted to wash my wifes car. car is clean but its still very soapy. wouldnt suggest either the shell for fuel or bob&kays car wash.

I have a medical condition and they wouldn't let me walk in without a mask 🙄 if I wear a mask I will pass out instantly. This is VERY unconstitutional, and against my civil rights not only as an american but a human. I'm not going back there again if they discriminate against those people who have medical issues

Pumps work fine but the car wash is a rip off. I went in there for the sole purpose of getting an underbody wash. My lawn sprinkler has more pressure. The wash left my windshield very dirty and the dryers not only start before the wash is done but they are also very low powered. Go to Meijer for a car wash instead and get your money's worth.

I go here on a weekly basis since it is close to my work. I usually go later at night and it seems to be the same man, maybe late 40's. I have never had someone be so rude on such an easy transaction. I go to ask do you have and he interrupts me by saying what?! What do you want!? I work in customer service and I understand it can be frustrating. But he never seems to be in a good mood. I'm just thrown off by every experience with him. Almost afraid to even go in there

Literally worst service I think I've ever had. The cashier was so rude to me and I was nothing but nice to her. She snapped at me when I told her to have a great day!!! When she was done ringing my things up she goes '11!' For my total and low and behold her friend was behind me so she was trying to rush me. So rude. I won't be going back honestly.

I’ve been going here for gas and car washes for the last 4 years. During my last wash, my driver-side mirror snapped off which was most likely unrelated to the car wash itself. I went in and spoke with Larry and his son josh who went above and beyond I make sure that I was taken care of and they even replaced the mirror themselves. These guys genuinely care about their customers and put their customers first. Great service and even better guys.

The large guy that works 3rd is just not nice. Everytime I come in (3-4x a week)he is just rude and snarky and in a bad mood. He literally ruins my day and it sucks because everyone else is sooo nice. It’s the only store open when I get out of work but now I’m avoiding at all costs.

By far my favorite gas station in Kalamazoo. Their employee Josh is great, he is always friendly, greets you with a smile every time you go in there. He pays attention to detail and always remembers what brands his customers prefer. Outstanding job!

I was a regular customer at the shell gas station, I won't be returning ever again. The owner was really rude to me one morning. He claimed I was just standing around. When no sir I had to get in line twice actually. because your worker forgot to give me a pack of matches after I did buy cigarettes at your store. I was only calling my daughter and going to leave. When this guy came out saying I was hanging out, I never planned on being there that long.. poor service.. I don't suggest buying crap from here. The owner is rude to the customers.. surprised it's still in business when the prices are sky high compared to other gas stations in the area. I would rather go down the road to another store. So I can save money and not give my money to a Tight wade to get paid. I have had my apartment place for a year and I hate discrimination. Even if I was homeless which is not in my the case, your attitude was uncalled for at the time especially towards any female.
