This station is getting worse each time I stop here. Buttons don't work on the pumps; the credit card slot is jammed; there's never any paper to print receipts. I'll start using any other Shell station.

Don't come here for a car wash unless you're getting the cheapest wash possible. This is the worst car wash I have ever been to in my life. I got the Top Dog and it did the basic. Total rip off.

Very clean restroom with great fan ventilation by gas station standards, key system so it's not open to just anyone. Attendant on 26 May was well mannered and provided good service.

Normally this station is good. However on 3/28/18 at 6:15pm i stopped for a fountain drink and found an empty station with blaring music. I and another customer waited several 4-5 approx minutes before a female entered reaking of marijuana smoke. How unprofessional!!!

The fountain drink machine has slimy stuff hangin down inside the nozzles its disgusting!! I let the manager know and he acted like he didn't care, went back a week later still nastiness inside the nozzles! Love the workers but the manager is awful!!

Came here only for a touchless car wash. Granted sometimes those are pricey, but I have NEVER paid $13.00 for a 2 minute carwash. It misted out soap for 1 run, then put a clearcoat over that, then rinsed, and that was it!!! DO NOT expect anything spectacular, as it was very unimpressive. And our car is still dusty and it's a new car.

There's a female employee working the morning shift that is not honest.She stole $20 I had won from 2 winning scratch tickets I had.Also very rude and unprofessional.Be aware of this employee there.

didn't have a problem starting the wash, the wash itself was a joke. I bought the premium wash (The Top Dog). The under spray cleaning only did about 1/4 of the bottom of my car. The indicator showing how many cycles was left was not accurate.. was prompted to leave before it got down to zero. The blow dry was lame, car still had a good quantity of water on the windows and actually had to use the wipers to see. The car cam out cleaner than when it went in, but still didn't get it clean. I've been through many car washes in the past, this one, at the 'premium' level, wasn't even on par with other stations 'basic' wash. Would have been better off and cheaper to use a manual carwash.

Went in to use a coupon I got from the Newport guy at the bar.. coupon read get one pack of Newport’s for 2.00! Attendant barley spoke any English and as she was wiping her mouth from her dinner told me it was 2.00 off not a pack for 2 bucks. I’m sorry but the coupon didn’t even contain the words off. I went to king soopers next door, no issues! They obviously need to learn to read and discern between off and for!

I have been going to this gas station almost daily to buy Red Bull and cigarettes for the last two years. I have purchased cigarettes from Miss Georgie SO MANY times over these last two years.. today I went in to buy cigarettes as usual, handed my ID over and Miss Georgie refused to sell me cigarettes, four packs of them to be exact. I am 28 years old, I have been buying cigarettes for many many years. I have never ever ever been refused cigarettes as long as I show my ID. I had to go out of my way and drive all the way down the street to the next gas station to purchase said cigarettes, because Miss Georgie refused to sell them to me! Won’t be coming back to this gas station any more!

DO NOT use the car wash if you plan to get a package. Twice and it’s been out of receipt tape so you won’t get a code to cash in the other washes paid for. The first time the cashier gave me codes (younger) but said they all expire in a month so that was a waste but at least I got some of the washes. The second time, different cashier (senior woman), wouldn’t give me anything and told me to speak to a manager who I can’t get a hold of after many attempts.

The vacum didn't have any suction....just made noise and didn't even suck up dry leaf bits... tried to fiddle with the hose to see if there was a block. Nope...just some bullshniz... ( ;-;)

You’re current employee isn’t very helpful. The pumps weren’t working after we put a fuel injector into our tank. We swiped the credit card and the pump wouldn’t start. We went in to ask for help only to be told cancel and try again. And trying multiple times on one pump we switched pumps. We swiped our card and tried to pump gas. But it still didn’t work, my husband went inside and paid the employee with the card. We were charged $45 dollars. But guess what, the pump didn’t work. At this point frustration started to take on, we AGAIN asked for help and the employee said he’d try to cancel it. After about 3 tries on this 2nd pump (that we were charged for) the employee told us pump 2 might work. We drove to the other side and the same issue occurred. The employee said to cancel and try again. After trying twice more on this 3rd pump, my his band went in and demanded a manager. The employee told us to try and swipe the card inside again. Why would we do that? So we can pay for more gas we’re not getting?! Then asked if we had cash or something?!!? We left in frustration, our card charged, empty handed, and fuel injector in an empty tank. Terrible service. Lost my business for sure.

Adding to the bad reviews. I bought the buy two get 1 free car wash. The day I bought it the printer didn’t work so I had to go inside and get the tickets. The man and lady said it’s 30 days to expire but don’t worry come in if you don’t use them and we will accommodate you. It’s literally rained all month. They are a few days expired so I go in to get them reactivated. The women was so rude and disrespectful, talking over me, making me look like I’m a liar! Made me feel like I’m trying to get something for free??? Listen I paid for them! I don’t understand why she wouldn’t just give me a ticket and thank me for my loyalty! Or talk me into another $80 card! Bad service! You should never treat a patron like this. Owner… she is not good for business!

Constantly says it's open and then when you go anytime after midnight. Even though it says it's open, they have the doors locked and there's nobody inside or they're hiding behind the counter, and it seems to be only the 2 late night. Guys, let's do this. I've gone in during the day. Asked them if they are open past midnight, they said yes, that it shouldn't be closed. But every time it's closed now, what I also think is crazy is the fact that i've gone in at one or two in the morning before no problems, but recently it's been nothing but issues
