The Manager at this store is a older blonde lady and is rude disrespectful and unprofessional she needs to be fired or replaced immediately. I've been a customer for over 15 years and I go in almost everyday. Today I purchased cigarettes and was over charged $3 I asked why and she is yelling from the back to bad I then asked for it to be corrected and she told me I was 86ed, I then explained to her the situation and proved to her I was overcharged she then gave me my money back and told me never to come in the store again. I witness this lady verbally abuse and be rude to customer daily this need to be taken care of immediately management needs to investigate her behavior. Now I have to go to a different store because of her bad attitude and horrible customer service.

I went to buy 4 packs of cigarettes today, and had to ask the guy behind the counter to grab the packs with the 50 cents off per pack coupon instead of the ones without that he went for first. He then argued with me that buying the 4 packs with $2 worth of coupons on them would be more expensive than purchasing the 4 packs he initially grabbed for me. After some back and forth, it was still not clear to me why the items with the vendor coupons on them were more than the exact same items without the coupons. I don’t like to shop at places that raise the prices for items with vendor coupons attached, and this is the only reason I can come up with why the discounted items cost more than the regular item. Ethics matter in business, and this place doesn’t care about them.

I was shocked at how rudely I was just treated by an older, long haired blond lady just moments ago at 6:15AM. I went in with my own cup for some hot water for tea. I filled my cup and went to the counter and kindly asked her if I needed to pay for it. She scolded me, telling me it was rude not to ask before filling the cup and walked away. I apologized and told her I would be glad to pay for it, and she just kept on walking. The only eye contact she made was to glare at me before turning away. I am appalled she treated me in that manner, and then I see a similar review immediately coming here, but it was months ago.

The owner here is the rudest, poorest excuse of a man. Treated my mother so poorly when she asked for a refund for the car wash she paid for when the car wash wasn’t working. Said she was being “demanding” when all she did was ask for HER money back. Tried to lie to her to say it was impossible to give her a refund since his “system was down” but then was miraculously able to do it two seconds later. Used to stop here at least twice a week to fill up but will no longer give my money to someone who treats costumers this way.

If I could give less than one star, I would. I’m an Amazon delivery driver who works in the area and there’s one particular employee who every time I stop to use the restroom claims it’s out of order while any time others are working it’s fine to use their restroom. If you can, stop at any other gas station in the area.

After filing my vehicle with fuel, I was denied access to the restrooms by the manager on duty. There is no “out of order” signage and he had no reasonable explanation as to why both bathrooms were being denied for paying customers. It appears that they simply don’t want to maintain them. To my knowledge, it is unlawful to deny paying customers access to restrooms that are intended for public use. This was very upsetting and embarrassing as I had an immediate need for use of the restroom. I filed a complaint with OSHA and the CDPHE.

The vacuum ate my money and the attendant was extremely rude, almost to the point of yelling, when I informed him. I was perfectly calm and polite about things, but he kept raising his voice at me. This station needs a new attendant and if the vacuum is out of order and eating peoples’ money, at the very least put a sign on it.

Awful service did cash back and my card charged me for it he service fee and the item and my cash back they wouldn’t give me my cash until I gave them more money even though I had paid that’s how cash back works don’t go here unless you want to be robbed second time they’ve done this never has happened at any other store

After I purchased and paid for my gas using the Shell app. I went inside to ask for the key to the outdoor bathrooms. After I waited a very long time for an employee to appear behind a very dirty and practically opaque window, a very loud, angry, and difficult to understand employee yelled and gesticulated violently at me to leave, yelling at me that I should use the bathroom at home. When I tried to clarify, he ran around outside the window yelling and shaking his fist at me to leave.

I didn’t know how to react. The attendant came out of the store yelling not to empty out a medium sized bag of trash in the trash receptacle by the gas pumps, “go clean out your trash at home! Do not do it here!” I thought that’s what trash cans by the pumps were for? Am I wrong? I’m actually camping out for the month.. I would have gladly taken it over to the large trash can but it says no dumping there…

New management is absolutely garbage. Can't keep anything stocked. Always some excuse. Felt some racism today as he confused me with some other customer and proceeded to curse me out and refuse my sale. Cool. Jokes on you, $60 of purchases a week is a $3120/year account you just lost. ZERO stars and Karma WILL return the 'favor'. Good riddance.

Typically the best gas prices around, but the pumps are excruciatingly slow that it's not really worth it. Convenience store leaves much to be desired as well

I saw on the app that gas was two dollars and change, but when I got there, I was told that gas was $3.49. This not only was disappointing, for I drove out of my way to get to this specific gas station, but I would also consider it false advertising

I went inside to get the key to the bathroom and when I went to return it, no one was at the counter so I tossed it on the counter and returned to fuel my car. Only to have a difficult to understand foreign attendant come outside and yell at me that I was unworthy to purchase gas at his gas station because I did not go find them and tell them thank you for using their restroom. I promptly cancelled my transaction and left.

Absolutely disgusting attitude by the man working here on Thanksgiving! I politely asked for keys to the toilet only to receive attitude back saying “its for customers only”! I said we were customers who just paid for petrol - he could have seen it given there was 2 cars getting petrol. It was very difficult for him to give us two toilet keys (men and women)! In the end I didn’t even use it as the toilet seat cover was full of poo! When we return the keys he was hiding in the back. Absolutely disgusting toilets and terrible customer Service!!!

It really has to take a lot for me to give a bad review. Its irritating when public restrooms are closed because I drive 150 to 200mi a day. I really depend on public restrooms. Walked in this shell on August 10th 2020 10:45am had to ask three times for the restroom key because the lady cashier had the phone glued to her face. Finally she said no and resumed talking on phone. Terribly managed and you could probably blame the owner for that. I will always from now on henceforth pass up this shell!!! I wish they had negative ratings cuz they would get a negative five!!!

This gas station does not provide soap in the bathrooms and tries to make you pay for soap in the store. The man at the front was very rude about it when I asked why they wouldn't. He also strangely claimed that he had a separate employee bathroom that had soap, and he wasn't willing to share it with myself and my two young children. So that made me wonder if he wasn't properly washing his hands when he went to the bathroom, contrary to the posted signs stating it was mandatory for employees to wash their hands.

Asked to use the restroom and were told we needed to purchase something. We had already purchased gas, but that “didn’t count”. This station obviously has no intention of improving its service to customers—it’s responded to a number of reviews, but it seems nothing has changed!

Don't waist your money on the car wash. It barley rinsed half of my truck and was completely out of soap. It used to be good bit unfortunately this has happened tje last couple of time. This spots gone down hill and lost me as a customer for good.
