I go to this gas station because It use to be great. But now it's horrible. They never have change especially on the weekends. This particular employee doesn't care if he makes a sale or not. Bad business. You should definitely think about new employees.

This is by far the worst gas station ive been too. I used the a.t.m. so i can get some laundry done and i brought a soft drink so i can get some change hoping that the cashier would give me two ten dollar bills but he wasnt having it calling me out of my name screaming and threating to call the police. So if your coloredlike me go somewhere else.

Your store employee was extremely rude to me about taking my cigarette coupon. Might I add that was registered to your store address off of my Newport app. I kindly asked her if she would hurry so my coupon didn't expire and she sat there and took her sweet time tryed to scan it and said my phone was the problem when there was a coupon code with it and told us there was nothing she could do. So we decided to tell the employee that was working out side and didn't even care to listen try to blame technology of the phone. I told him it was gone because my 5 mintues ran out on my coupon and I told them that I would be calling the store manager and reporting it and when I did she hung up on me

So so so disappointed with an employee I keep having the misfortune of dealing with. Every single time this man forces my fuel purchase straight to payment without letting me type in my rewards number. I clicked it today and didn't even type in the first digit when it bumped me out and went to insert credit card (for a cash payment, with the cash in my hand) When I finally said something today he told me "Well you didn't say anything in time." In time for what??? It's a button on the keypad on MY SIDE OF THE COUNTER. Done. I'd rather pay more money somewhere else.

Stop in to get something....sign said be right back....we waited and waited then as we were leaving he decided to show up....while purchasing my stuff he started yelling at me, "I work here 8 hours and I sit down to take a break and you people bother me!!" It's not my fault that he works somewhere that does not provide break times or coverage for his break but I did not need to be yelled at told not to leave and he was going to call the cops! Well guess what, I finished paying and left

Shell Station/convenience store on the corner of 44th & Kipling the biggest rip off when it comes to a car wash. I usually get my gas here but today I decided to get a car wash as well. I paid $11.00 for a 2 minute Rinse. Shocked by the $11.00 for a rinse I went inside and asked the attendant if there was a problem with the car wash . He points to some brochure on the counter then proceeds by telling me that is all $11 gets you and that he cant help me since he does not own the place. The Super Dog car wash is more like a Chihuahua ! Whoever owns this place should put someone in charge that can make small decisions to improve customer service/satisfaction. YOU JUST LOST A CUSTOMER . I hate being ripped off so I will never go to the SHELL STATION ON THE CORNER OF 44 & KIPLING again.

I put $14 of gas in my car and the needle didn’t go up AT ALL. It took literally 5 minutes to pump the gas. It pumped SO SSSLLLLOOOWWWW!!!!!!!! I tell the workers that something is obviously wrong with pump #7, but of course he played stupid. Granted the gas here was cheap, but now you know why, YOURE PAYING FOR AIR!!!!!!!

On the night of 12-28-17 there was a guy working who was so informative with the the carwash program and we are an auto n hail business that usually hand washes our customers vehicals. Well we were excited about if u buy the Top Dog wash inside u would get a free 12 pack of pop awesome. He told me about the 200 car wash pass where we could wash not one but two cars a day there. We love how clean this wash works that we bought the pass. Thank u for offering this to us and we will always use u. Wendy

I was a regular here. There was a soda sale sign up and when I went to check out the cashier told me that there was really no sale. They charge you full price! They also started a new scam. They never give you a penny back in your change They tell you "no pennies". This isn't the Covid coin shortage but they always tell you they are out of pennies. After the hundreds of transactions of the day the stolen pennies add up. I work near here but I will drive far to avoid this place..

The car wash is horrible and I feel like the owner stole my money. The side of my car still has undisturbed dirt on it. The undercarriage never got a rinse and rear bumper has grime that dripped off the trunk lid. DO NOT waste your money on this miserable excuse for a car wash. The store clerk refused to refund my $20 fee.

First off, I have a Shell Gas card and this is local to me and it should be my go to. I've purchased items inside the store and since I began paying attention, the last 5 times, I've been overcharged each and every time. Sometimes on multiple items, today on 1 out of the 4 items. The price charged for an item that was clearly marked $2.49 was $2.79, a 12% markup. Overcharges on one or multiple items, on 5 separate visits, cannot be accidental. Scaled up to 100s of customers a day, and the con is quite profitable. You at corporate, who are reading this, have it within your means to spend a couple hours there and verify for yourself if you made an unannounced visit, and you should.

$20 CAR WASH. BS. Needed a car wash very badly was desperate and stopped here. Put in my credit card thinking it couldn't be more than twelve or thirteen dollars. It's no wonder they don't post the price for a single wash on their kiosk. Turns out it's $20 for a miserable car. Before I even drove in I went to the cashier and asked if I could get a refund before I even went in. He said no. Don't waste your money here. Useless cashier. Useless car was FOR $20?????????????????

I filled up with 10 gallons of diesel at 2.95 a gallon. For 29.50. They charged my card 200 and then 96 dollars. If you want their supposed low price you better pay cash.

I would give this place a ZERO if I could. On July 20th, I purchased $37 dollars worth of gas, they charged me $40.00 and on the July 21st they charged me again $37.00. The next day. I was not even near the place the next day. Looks like this has happened before. Why is Shell doing business with someone who steals from people? This is NOT OK. Update 7/29. Called the station after the owner told me to come in only to be yelled at for 5 mins by a worker who was working there, and still no help. The responses from the owner below are worthless. Avoid that place and check your bank accounts. One thing the person behind the counter did tell me is that this has happened before.

Bait and switch. Selected 2.99 and once I activated the pump it switched me over to the 3.64 gas. This happened before (over a month ago) and I complained to clerk and he said he'd never heard about that happening and would definitely "look into it". Buyer beware.

Great gas station near my gym I go to. Prices for gas are not bad usually and the shop is great. Pumps in good condition too. Took a star away because car wash wasn’t working when I got there unfortunately. Would recommend this Shell gas station.

I went to the shell station to get a car wash. After paying $20, pulled into the car wash, and put the vehicle in park when prompted, then after a couple minutes nothing happened. I then tried calling the number on the wall and nobody answered. At that point I drove out of the car wash and went inside the gas station to explain what happened. After a short conversation, the attendant gave me another code and told me to try again. I then drove back to the car wash and entered the new code. As I was pulling in, the red stop light was still blinking. I waited a short time then pulled the car into the spot where it told me to stop before, and again nothing happened. After waiting another minute or 2, I pulled back out and went inside to speak with the attendant, and explained to him that I thought the car wash was frozen, and asked if he could assist me. He told me there was nothing he could do, refused to give a refund, and told me to leave. I reached out to customer service through the app, and have still not been able to get a refund. I do not recommend going to this gas station as their customer service is horrible.
