Unbelievably, even out of the warranty time-period, these guys fully covered their part when it failed within 300 miles. I feel any other business would’ve refused to cover it due to the technicality (expired warranty time limit). Going above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of came at a significant cost to them. This business clearly has an extremely rare commitment to integrity. My wife and I have agreed that we will use this business exclusively, even if it is more expensive than others. Their attitudes are top-notch and their commitment to honesty and customer satisfaction is unmatched. I can honestly say they represent humanity with true distinction.

Absolutely the best mechanic shop available!!! Very honest and thorough! They handle the major problems for my work and personal vans. For minor stuff, brakes, alignment, injectors etc, AC recommended 303 Alignment and auto on 64th and Sheridan, another very honest shop that operates at the same high standards!! Between the two shops my vehicles are always in great shape!!!

I brought my 2003 Chevy Silverado in for a transmission rebuild after it started slipping and wouldn’t shift past 2nd gear. The shop did a thorough diagnostic before starting work, explained the options clearly, and kept me updated throughout the process. Pricing was more than fair for the amount of work involved, and they offer a great warranty in the rebuilt transmission. Overall, I’m really satisfied with the workmanship and communication. Chris and Derek were great. It’s nice to deal with a shop that still takes pride in doing things right.

Man. Where do I begin. Chris and his team are 1,000% genuine since day 1. They kept me informed of every move they made from when it got there, filing the claim, taking the trans out and to installing the new one. The team that they have are awesome. I love these guys. My husband brought in his 2005 F-150 to diagnose a leak. It turns out that it wasn't a transmission leak but an oil pan leak. They cleaned it thoroughly to determine this and made a recommendation for repair since they specialize in transmissions. They would not accept any payment for their time. Everyone is very friendly and completely honest! The shop is immaculate. And when you call you get to talk to a real person not to an answering machine. We could like to share our sincere appreciation to the AC Transmission staff located at 6780 Federal Boulevard, Denver CO 80221. We took our vehicle there to have the transmission rebuilt based on previous comments from customers who had their vehicles serviced there. The customer comments we reviewed were positive and the overall recommendations were influential in making the decision to have our vehicle serviced at the AC Transmission Center at that location. The staff we worked with were courteous & professional, and as a result we immediately scheduled our vehicle for diagnostics and repair. The results of the diagnostics were shared with us allowing an opportunity to review the scope of work and approve everything before any work was started and completed. The estimated cost of the repairs were provided in a detailed document describing the overall work required as a result of the diagnostics so we had a good understanding of what to expect. After the new transmission was completed, we returned the vehicle due to some trouble codes that appeared after we picked up the vehicle. The owner, Chris Saykally, spoke with us and stated out of customer loyalty and appreciation they would research the trouble codes and contact us upon understanding what was wrong with our vehicle outside of the scope of transmission rebuild that had been completed previously. Many work hours were spent by the electrical expert and other staff members, who ultimately discovered what was causing the trouble codes that we had experienced after a thorough vehicle inspection was completed. Ultimately, the issue was not related to the rebuilt transmission rather part of the electrical system. All of the vehicle defective 02 Sensors were replaced, checked and reported as working correctly. Chris indicated they would not charge us for the additional labor because they wanted to ensure customers have exceptional service and experience their appreciation for our patronage. As a result, we would like to share our positive experience working with AC Transmission Center and highly recommend their service to anyone needing transmission work. We will make sure to share our exceptional experience with our family and friends because we were treated with respect, and ongoing follow-up and timely resolution overall. These guys are awesome. Brought them my F150 which was doing all the things that would make you think the transmission was going. They evaluated it (for free), and found an engine issue, not the transmission. They called me immediately and sent me their very thorough inspection. I own a Hyundai 2015 and needed to have my transmission repaired before. After finding the shop that serviced it before is no longer in service. I went on the hunt to find another shop to service my transmission which is required. Luckily , I found “ AC Transmission “ they had a lot of positive reviews which tweaked my interest. I contacted “AC Transmission “ and they were friendly and easy to talk too. As I was a senior citizen worried about cost. After talking with Mike and Chris they explained they were going to do a diagnostic to see if everything was in good working order and for no charge! Wow, Amazing service, above and beyond my expectations. I brought in my Grand Cherokee with a troubling driveline noise that my usual mechanic couldn't identify. The guys at AC diagnosed it, at no charge, as a bad driveshaft. They could have easily told me it was several more expensive issues and I wouldn't have known better, but they were straightforward about it all. After the repair was completed, I noticed a new driveline issue, so I brought it back the next day. They didn't give me any hassles at all, checked it out, and isolated it to a defective part, so they replaced it again. This time it's as good as new! I'm beyond impressed with their honesty and commitment to doing the job right, and at a price less than I expected. I highly recommend AC Transmission for any auto repairs. I recently purchased a classic 1995 Ford F-250 with 172k miles that had been through the wringer as an East Coast snowplow truck. After doing a ton of research, I called AC Transmission and they took the time to walk me through exactly what they would do, including best/worst case scenarios and a realistic price range. From the first phone call I could tell they were passionate, knowledgeable, and genuinely excited to help. Their communication throughout the process was excellent. During disassembly of transmission they showed me what was wrong and what needed fixed (basically everything). Their overall professionalism and quick turnaround were also stellar. It ended up needing a full rebuild — they rebuilt the entire transmission, used an NOS original case from their inventory, and essentially replaced everything. They had it back up and running in about a week. I drove it 90 miles home and it performed like a brand-new truck. Huge thanks to AC Transmission and the entire team. Highly recommend!
