Car wash is garbage. Soap wasn’t dispensing on driver side. Car still dirty as hell. Should have asked for a refund.

Gas price always approximately 40 cents higher all the time . I don't pay 0.40cents higher for so-called branded gas.

I go to this shell frequently. It's usually not to busy which is nice. But it seems to be hit or miss if they have what I want as far as snacks and beverages. They always seem to be out of something. Great friendly staff though!

Edit: Since this happened I haven't seen that employee since and you guys regularly stock my item now. Thank you so much, chsnged back to 5 stars. -------------- This store had a certain item i loved so i started buying it in bulk. After i started doing this and told them i wanted it they took my name and number down and since keep telling me they will get it again but in the past 3 months they keep telling me they will get it (i check in 1 to 2 times a week usually) theyve only had it once since. Went in the other day and a new employee says "I'm new bro I dont know what you're talking about" when i asked if they had the item. I went in today and the same kid behind the counter with 2 others this time said "i already told you the other day we dont have these" aggressively when I just asked about my item in a regular tone ... I called the store back when i got home and the same employee answered told me to "go to sams club". If you dont want to sell stuff in bulk for retail price (i never asked for a discount, just to keep it in stock)... Tell me up front. Dont take my name and number, string me along for weeks, then have the rude new guy tell me to "go to Sam's club" months after you take my name and number and tell me weekly you will get them in.

Horrible customer service! An older woman and man were outside the door smoking not too far from the pumps and as i drove up i asked if it was open and she said yes but shes closing in 5 minutes. I asked if i could go in and buy something and she said "No, we are closing in 5 minutes" and she looked away! I will never go there again!

So I just went to the Shell gas station by my house and I go all the time I really have good service there but just today today I had really bad service she kind of threw my ID because I was trying to tell her what kind of puff I want and she was getting mad cuz she didn't know the word green obviously and she got mad and she threw my ID and I'm really really disappointing cuz I never get bad service I keep something if it keeps it up I will go somewhere else

What ever you do not come hereeeer!!!!!! They will scam you I just put $50 to fill up my tank and it didn’t even fill it to half went inside to complain and they were very rude saying my gas meter was broken when it clearly was not didn’t even ask for a refund just to check out the pup and they ignored it do not recommend it

The lady that works the morning shift is very racist and treats people like suspects. She's not even from the US so why come here and act that way? She can go back to her country where she belongs. I highly recommend not shopping there during the morning shift hours. The guy at night is pretty cool.

High gas prices and just needs more maintenance and maybe a good remodel for modernization. Nice pumps. Exterior needs new paint. Old and faded. And needs a radio playing easy-going upbeat music, inside and out. People don't like to feel isolated, a radio playing upbeat music, makes it feel like you're in a busy, happy place, therefore the place has a chance to BECOME busy, then you can lower your gas prices and become even busier, and then you can afford to repaint the outside and remodel the inside, the bathroom, really. And take down that sign that says "for customers only" on the bathroom. When YOU are generous first, then they will give back, and you will have plenty. But, be stingy, and you will never have enough... Shalom(balance) to you and yours

Do not get a car wash at the pump, or you'll pay for the higher one. It doesn't give an option after you say yes to wash. I tried to get a refund inside and though friendly they said it wasn't there car wash. Also no receipt at pump.

Bought $60 of gas and car wash..receipt will not print to get car wash on Tuesday at 10am store is closed and employee is sitting in car ..place is a joke dont go here.this location should be closed.

It was a good one. The employee spoke to me as he was removing trash from the outside trash cans. He was courteous and friendly. The receipt didn't print out at the pump so he assisted me on the inside and was good at multitasking. The area was clean and presentable.

Worst shell i have ever been to. Every single pump is down and there is no signs on any of them. I just spent 30 going pump to pump trying to get gas. Do not come here, associates are useless. Now my card is declined for fraud. Best way to spend a Christmas eve afternoon.

Be very careful! Pump #1 doesn’t stop automatically and WILL overflow, spilling gas all over your car and floor. No tenant on site.

Annoying ads playing at pump. And you can't mute them either. Also, the receipt printer doesn't work at the pump. Friendly service though. Receipt printer still doesn't work a month later. Instead of responding to every review, just do your job.
