Hiwad did good today, I went in there on a bad day, we had a little misunderstanding, and after that he came to my car to deliver the car wash receipt code to me that I left without grabbing and he said "sorry and have a good day", he was the bigger man than me today and I respect that.

I used the car wash on 09/25 before going to work. I looked at my vehicle after getting to work assuming that my vehicle was clean. THERE STILL WAS DIRT EVERY WHERE!!! I PAID $13 to get the car washed and I am very ANGRY!!! I complained to the customer service representative or what I thought was corporate, and I sent them pictures and my receipt less than 30 minutes after getting to work. At first the lady apologized but referred me to another area within their company. So I forwarded the same info to that email. It's been 5 days and no one has gotten back to me. IF I COULD GIVE SHELL A -10 STARS I WOULD!! I AM THINKING OF FILING A LEGAL COMPLAINT AGAINST THEM FOR THEFT AND MISREPRESENTATION OF SERVICES!!!!!

Purchased a car wash at the pump, went to redeem it and it's broken. Went back and my code won't work. Clerk rudely refused to give me a car wash or refund. I use to fill up and shop here regularly but will happily stop with poor service like this

Tried to use my card at the pump but it said see cashier. Went inside, once again my card wasn't working. (I had just been paid that morning there was no reason for it be to declined) Was in a hurry so just used cash instead. By the time I got done pumping my gas my bank notified me of two charges from shell, one for $49 and one for $86. The cashier said they had no idea what was going on but money would be back within 24 hours.... It's been four days and it's still pending. Be very cautious spending your money here.

I bought 5 car wash, but due to upgrades I only had $11 credits in my card. I asked to add money to my card so I can use the remaining credit amount to the employee and he told me NO. I asked him that if I do not add money I will be loosing the $11 dollars. (I can not add money at the machine) He said that he can not do anything for me and that I loose my $11 dollars on a rude way.

4 days ago I attempted to purchase gas with my debit card. The card reader told me that my transaction was declined. However, it already had charged my card $43.77 for a "pending" transaction. 3 business days later, it is still "pending". Shell employees want to lie to me and let me think my bank is at fault for this. However, of my 4 pending transactions this week, the one from Shell was the only one to last more than a business day. Update: On the 5th business day, I FINALLY have my money back, and I really don't appreciate being told that it's the bank's fault you took so long. And your cashier (who is also the store manager) was rude to me, so I will never do business with any Shell Station again.

Scamming crooks My water bottle didn't fit under the hot water spout so i grabbed a coffee cup to fill with hot water and pour onto my bottle. I then put the cup back, clean, never touched my bottle. On my way out the started yelling at me that I have to pay for the cup, I told them I put it back and they still made me pay for it. Ok, well if I'm paying for a coffee cup then I decided to fill it with coffee and pay for the coffee as well. But they don't have creamer so I used cappuccino to sweeten my coffee, so now they start screaming and yelling that the cappuccino is an extra charge! Dude, I just wanted water. Now you scammed me into paying $1.95 for coffee AND Cappuccino, when I dint want either of these... And I was so respectful to you too..quick way to lose respect 😀

Over the past 3 years, I have purchased the full year option for the car wash offered here, and it has not been working properly for the past month and a half. We purchase the full year because in the past it has been a decent wash but this year we are just not happy with it. Can you please have someone look into this to provide everyone with a decent wash. The man working tonight decided to snatch a paid for cup out my husband’s hand because he was getting soda instead of water mind you the cup he made him pay for was for a fountain drink. Starts talking crap to my husband when asked for a refund he threw the money at my husband’s face and then ran out after him and threw a water bottle at him hit him on the shoulder. Assaulting someone that is a paying customer isn’t okay and we will be calling to figure out what we can do about it!

So today, around 6 to 610, i went in for gas and a drink from the fountain machine. First thing i asked the attendant if I can get water from the machine he tells me yes but I have to pay for a cup so I buy one and I figure since I bought the cup I can get soda so I proceed to get soda. The attendant started yelling at me about it. I get to the desk to see why he's yelling me, and he starts that I need to pay for soda. So I'm thinking no big deal. I dump out the soda and ask for a refund because of his aggressive manor, and he grabs the money from the register and throws it in my face! Automatically, my reflexes kicked, and I knocked over some stuff on the counter, and before it got any worse, I started to leave. The attendant decides to come from around the counter picks up a water bottle and chucks it at me I had the door open and the water bottle hits me in the shoulder and bounces off and hits my truck at pump 3 which if you know the layout you'd understand the amount of force behind it. I got in my truck in the left before things escalated more, and all this happened over an honest mistake.

I went to the store on 6/10/25 around 6:30am to get gas and get some coffee. The coffee machine did not work when I asked the employee for help I was yelled at and told I wasted a $2.00 cup. When I offered to pay for the cup I was ignored and denied gas. Horrible customer service.

I went in because I wanted to grab a last minute tall boy of beer. I currently do not have a state ID because I unfortunately lost mine, so I give him my MILITARY ID. He scans it and it does not go through and simply because of that, he denied me my purchase of a tall of steel reserve, which is a favored military beer, despite having proof of my AGE, STATUS, and EXPIRATION!! I have my face, my DOB, and everything on a plastic MILITARY card. So to all military personnel wanting to get something just like a pack of smokes from this location should just turn back. This manager has no respect for the people who fought to save this country!!
