The cute girl behind the counter handed me an especially sweet Valentine's day gift yesterday. Sure, I picked it out and carried it to the counter and paid for it, but she and I shared a touching moment that I'll never forget. Also I got a soda and some gas.

They just don't know what a customer is. They deny use of the restrooms to paying customers, lady at cashier said something like"sorry no public restrooms". As a customer, I thought I wasn't "public" to them. There are too many gas stations to bother going there again. Just go where you are treated right.

Worst shell. Aside from the vacuum being 2 bucks (robbery), the cashier (William) was extremely rude. Had us all waiting outside while he counted his register and seemed upset that we were upset that we had to sit and wait while he counted his drawer. At least acknowledge the customers so we all know that you can't help us till the drawer is counted. Customer service 101!

Worst customers service ever The ladie at the counter was flirting with vendors. After she was done. She said "can I help you" with an attitude . To make things worst . I only had a $100 bill and wanted to put $25 worth of gas. She looked at me and said with straight face. I don't have chance. Not apology or anything . Then she looked over to next guest and said can I help you. So annoying .đĄ

Car wash turns off on customers if the next person enters their code before your car wash is done - the dryer only worked 4 seconds before it stopped drying my SUV. I informed the manager and he said there were signs telling customers not to do this (but he couldn't show me the signs), apparently this is a frequent problem. I asked for towels to dry my car and he handed me one small 10"x10" towel and did not offer nor ask any of the 3 attendants to help. He said I could redry my car if I waited for the 4 other cars to finish their car wash. I asked for a refund ($5) or a car wash on another day since I had already waited for 5 cars & 25 mins for the unfinished car wash. He said "I'm not gonna give you no refund" but handed me their car wash club card to come back and pay for 4 more washes to get a free one. Not even an extra stamp for such poor customer service across the board! Avoid this place!

Bought gas and then went inside asked for ask for a token to get air in a lot is Erin a low tire.. The lady said you have to pay $2 for air.. I said are you kidding me and she said nope. She was pretty rude but I guess I would be if I was locked up in this gas station all day.

The cashier named Maria didnât want to sell me gas after I paid for it. She didnât want to give me a Receipt for my transaction, and she gave me a refund when I never even asked for one. She was mad at my husband and saw us together and denied me service after she found out that I was with him. Mind you I had my baby in the car after running out of gas. When I asked for a copy of my transaction,she said I didnât need it because I never gave her my money to buy gas. When itâs all on camerađ¤Śđ˝ââď¸

NO PUBLIC RESTROOM. I drive hours in LA traffic and typically have to pull off somewhere to use the bathroom at some point. Wherever I stop, I usually try to purchase something (gas, snack, etc) for my use of their facilities. Filled up my tank here and go inside to find they don't even have a bathroom! That's such a huge pet peeve of mine. Gas stations should always have public restrooms, right?!

I went in there 3 times for french vanilla drink and Vanessa kept stating the machine didn't work as she kept texing. There was no note placed on the machine stating out of order. She was also a little rude.

I actually like this place because I can get gas and get a car wash. But today I was not pleased. I was not able to get the full service I paid for. After going through the car wash and now it's time to dry the machine did not come on so the young man inside came out to help me after I called but then it only stayed on for 20 seconds so I have to drive off with a wet car. Not sure if this is a known issue. Not a happy patron

The guy who works night graveyard on 9/2/23 was a completely rude tenant. Usually my experience is pleasant and the guys will keep a watch out for me when I pump after a late shift but this person insulted me and made me feel uncomfortable. Management should reconsider with this one

A very high chance that the pumps will be broken, will only have 89, won't accept cards, or need to pay through cashier. The last time I went through the car wash, the dryer wouldn't work, leaving me with a wet car.

Worse gas blonde hispanic attendee ever, I paid for air $2.00 and the air pressure gun has tape and air seeps out does not work. She refused to refund me my money, don't come here for air at all. And she tried to spend my lottery winning money on my gas without paying any precaution and without my permission!!

I stopped at this Shell Gas Station to wash my car. I walked into the store and I was greeted by a man who was a manager. He was polite and he had a courteous manner. The store was cleaned and kept well organized. I grabbed two bottles of Coke and went to the cashier. Then, I saw a sign that they offered a drive-thru car wash & it was only $6.00. I needed the car wash for my car so I paid the money. Then, they gave me a code number to get into the car wash system. I drove to the car wash area. When I punched the code number on the entrance system, the green light came on and I drove inside. The car wash system changed different cycles & washed my car automatically. When it was finished, the red light came on and let me exit outside. Afterward, I dried my car with a towel thoroughly and I came home. It was fun to watch your car washing automatically. I had a full tank of gasoline so I didn't need to purchase gas. The gasoline price was $5.40 per gallon which was the average price. This Shell Gas Station has the best convenient & fast car washing service. And they offered all kinds of snacks, coffee, sodas & some groceries in their store. Also, they had good customer service. .

I recently had an unpleasant experience at the Shell Gas Station on June 16th around 8:30 am. Such behavior is entirely unacceptable, and it made me feel very uncomfortable. I expect better customer service and professionalism from any business, and I hope this issue is addressed promptly to prevent future customer encounter such an unpleasant person.

The worst gas station. Clerk does not replace receipt paper at the pumps. The car wash does not function properly. I had a person ask me to fill up his car and then proceeded to yell at me.
