The overnight guy Steven sells alcohol cigarettes to minors. He’s very disrespectful. I heard him telling a young lady that he’s not gonna clean the bathrooms, toilet or sink because that’s not part of his description he allows homeless people to use the restrooms and make a mess and he throws his cigarettes on the ground.

Bamboozled by a car wash special. Company makes it really easy to purchase at the pump, but will not refund. Take your business somewhere else that doesn’t use deceptive marketing.

No cash in the ATM = scam. They know you gotta pay more for paying with a card, so there’s no cash in the ATM, forcing you to pay more. To me, IMHO, that is a scam. Keep money in the ATM man. It’s one of the main reasons people use gas stations. It’s an essential service.

The worst car wash I've ever been to. Ever. Couldn't pay at the station, understandable, so I paid $10 inside. But it wasn't obvious on how to register your receipt, so I assumed it was an "on faith" thing. In the meantime, I waited in line and observed. The bottom spray nozzles weren't even hitting the car in front of me. And once it was my turn, it then tells me that I should've entered a code. $10 of crap turned to more crap.

If I could I would give them negative points. The car wash is the worse ever, my car came out dirty, and covered with white spots. When I complained, the girl at the register told me it was my fault, I shouldn't buy a basic car wash. I asked for refund, no way she said. Then I asked to speak with a manager, she pointed the phone number on the door. I left a message, no answer nor call back. Tried to clean my windows from the water spots, it got worse. I called again, someone picked up the phone, and when I explained what happened, the person told me to get in and take my money back. I was surprised to find out that was the same girl/cashier who told me basically it's over, goodbye. I asked her if she is the manager, she said "no, the manager is here just in the morning". I asked why she didn't return my money earlier, and she yelled at me "you were here 30 minutes ago", really???!!! I had to get on a line four times to receive such a horrible treatment?! I hope I can clean my car, and for sure I will never go back there. That happened on Feb 5th, between 2-3pm

Car wash even tho touch free is bad. Final rinse does not rinse off all soap. The rinse dribbles out. Always get an excuse as to why it does what it does. All washes have been decent before. After the machine was put in it worked very good. Now it seems that the rain x or sealant never comes out. And so does the rinse. Are they trying to cut corners? I mean I have soap streaks on the car. I have been to other touch free washes that have been a lot better!!! (Added after) I was chatting with a friend and she said she had the same type of experience, although she was told her car was too small. Ok what size car is it supposed to used on? I thought it was all cars. But apparently hers was too small, and next thing you know a sedan is too big.

My first visit to this station. The pumps were relatively fast, the attendant inside was kind and wished me a good day. There was a decent selection of protein and health bars for a convenience store as well. The store inside was also clean, not dingy, well lit.

i just had my car washed at the shell station on the corner of Lomita blvd and Hawthorne. BEWARE!!! I have had my car washed there for years and have never had a problem. When I left this time, it looked as though the water beaded on my hood and windshield. . When I turn on my wiper it made a kind of scratchy sound, but figured I need new blades. it was late evening so I went home and parked my car for the night. Upon waking in the morning I noticed the water spots were bumps. I first attempted to remove them from the windshield. window cleaner did nothing. I got a razor blade and attempted to scrape this goop off, to no avail. It is all over the hood and roof of my car. When I returned they offered to re-wash. I said sure but if it doesn't come off i am pretty sure a detail will be necessary. the cashier at 3:45 pm 9/8/15 stated they would only re-wash, and forget about a detail. Trying to be patient until I can speak to management!

It's the cleanse gas station that I have ever been too the restroom are always clean and the price of gas is good qas well. The cashier are great with helping you and I enjoy stopping there for Gas and snacks.

The people there are always friendly, it's close to my house, they have a car wash with rewards after so many washes, and I had a debit card issue one time that was resolved in a professional manner. Also since I'm a regular there, it feels good to be treated like a friend and not a customer.

Due to the cheap price, I use the car wash at this Shell station when I'm in the area ($7 regular price). Cons - Short dry cycle (but they give you a free drying cloth) Pros - $5 on Tuesday and Wednesday, but you need to pay the cashier inside the station (not the drive thru kiosk). Get a punch card from the cashier -- 1 free car wash after 10 visits.
