I just had Import Motorworx done an oil change on my Porsche Macan and they also noticed that my oil was leaking. They gave me an estimate and repaired my vehicle in a very remarkable fashion as they claimed. They also offered me complimentary snack and water while I was waiting for an oil change. 2012 - Mercedes Benz - Mint Condition Absolutely positively the best auto service experience. Attentive to my questions and concerns. The manager agreed to review and explain the diagnostic I received from dealership. However, they performed their own diagnostic for better accuracy. They were transparent about estimate and service my car required. Staff was professional, courteous. I highly recommend.

Fiat 500 owner. After several attempts to find the root of a problem at the dealership without success, I feel SO glad I took a leap of faith taking the car to MotorWorx. Bruce and his team know exactly what they are doing, and they care enough to find the real issues. Their estimate system is very modern, you can see pictures, description, and recommendations sorted by area, to then pick and choose what problems to repair now, and what areas can wait. Prices are definitely fair, you can check online in eBay, etc, that they are not overcharging (like many do). Very professional, very efficient service. Bruce communicates clearly, and never leaves you hanging. Highly recommended!

Also love that they follow up and are understanding. The week my car was dropped off for diagnostic testing I had a death in the family & my hubby had an hospital emergency- they were so understanding and didn't pressure me but worked with me. I’ve been going to Import MotorWorx for 7–8 years, even after switching cars. They clearly know what they’re doing, and I’ve always felt confident bringing in my car for both oil changes and road-trip inspections. The shop is in a safe, sunny neighborhood, so while I wait, I’ll get my nails done, grab a coffee, or pick up mail. It’s way better and more efficient than going to the dealer—especially since I can get errands done at the same time.

My Jaguar was serviced here for a span of 2 years, spending over $15k and receiving excellent customer service from Bruce. Bruce suddenly left and was replaced by “Alvaro”. Alvaro has been difficult to communicate with & impossible to level with, making it not possible to at least leave on a good note. I experienced him to be belligerent, argumentative & would default to bickering; a nightmare customer service experience. I tried communicating with him over the course of a few months, thinking I might’ve just caught him on a bad day, but my experience with him was consistent. It turns out he’s the only point of contact except for receptionist Evelyn who only takes messages. Apparently the owner does not talk directly with clients. It’s surprising that he would have somebody like Alvaro representing his business, chasing away solid clients like me. I retracted my recommendations to anybody who I’ve referred to this place & and will be sure to share my atrociously negative experience. Something has become terribly wrong here and I suggest running the other way from this establishment.

What an amazing experience!!! I have had so many cars, 2025 Mercedes GLE AMG, G wagons, Volvo 90 and now I have a Abarth Fiat and I have to say the customer service this place has been top tier!! I was actually supposed to go to Fiat of Santa Monica where they were trying to get me to spend 900 on a service that I didnt even need. All I wanted was a oil change..went here and they were so honest on what the car actually needed...Fiat of Santa Monica tried to charge me 240 for a oil change and I paid half that cost here! I will definitely bring my car back for all the services for my Abarth. Thank you guys for the amazing service
