I was upset when I went to g and j and saw that the name changed to Apex I figured it was new owners but I needed my timing belt changed but I was happy that it was the same mechanics Jerry and Julio they always do a great job can’t complain my car is up and running thanks to Apex in Lawndale location

Be careful of taking your vehicle there. They do not reasemble your engine parts correctly. I found several small missing parts they weren't put back on my vehicle resulting in damages to another components. Bad experience here.

The general meaning of Apex is the top or highest point of something. This business chose an appropriate name because you will experience nothing but the highest quality of service at Apex Auto. When I brought my car in for service I was met by Jerry and Julio. They both greeted me with a smile and listened to my concerns. I experienced this same great attitude every time I visited afterwards during the repair process. My car had extensive issues with the PCM (module) providing erratic codes. Apex performed extensive analysis before the PCM was replaced and repaired several mechanical / electrical issues. The car now runs perfectly! I can not speak highly enough of Apex Auto. They are highly trained mechanics, extremely honest and will always listen to you.

I always go here for my Uber inspections- I love the fact that they have it so well organized I can get in do the inspection and get out very simple very quick I can pay right there they make a copy right there it's not difficult at all they make it very quick and efficient for us and the very professional and very kind. Don't come to this shop, took my car for an oir change and turn the warning about low oil level, my car is a v6 which the Technician asked me if it was a v6 or a v4... I mean you are the Technician you should know. But of course I told him a v6... I took my car for diagnosis at the dealer, just to find out that after all the tests, and 1000 miles of running the car like crazy to see if it burns oil... the only conclusion was that the shop that performed the oil change did not put the proper amount of oil... I don't know if they are a scam or the Technician was just a rookie, but don't bring your car here... I made the mistake and spent $260 for a diagnosis, but could have been worse. My engine could have been damaged for low oil level that could have seized the engine.

Wanted to take the time and thank Jerry and Julio for all of their hard work putting into my Durango. Was having an electrical issue with my headlights / fog lights and they quickly resolved it and made the process easy. For sure would go back for any future issues. Up next want to get an evap leak repaired and would be one of the first people I would trust to get this job done. Thank you guys once again. Excellent and great service. ------------------------------------------------------------ Went back in 1/11/24 to get a fuel tank neck filler replaced on my Dodge Durango, since I had an evap leak on my vehicle , and as always Jerry and Julio did an amazing job and got the job done in a timely manner, above all a great price. In addition of that to that I got my spark plugs replaced and a synthetic oil change. Took advantage to get that done all at once. Really want to appreciate Jerry and his team for giving out top notch service. Thanks for all of your help and I'm glad to have that check engine light issue resolved. Thank you guys once again . This shop charges you for two different inspections they purposely have two different sheets one for Uber and one for Lyft so they can charge you separate inspections. Don't get ripped off go to a place with a paper that only says vehicle inspection to use the same one for for apps. Don't trust this place

We were on our way home from a vacation and our vehicle started to act up and lost power. We were able to get our vehicle to this shop and they were very busy, but after talking to them and explaining our situation they immediately took our car in and did a diagnostic. We found out our vehicle engine was toast, basically and the gentleman at the counter was very honest and had some great suggestions for use. We felt in good hands with this shop. They are very honest and kind. I cannot express how much we valued having them in a time that was not the best. I don't live in the are, although my daughter does, and we will for sure have her go here for any car repairs or problems. Very nice staff and trustworthy.

Mr.Chris & Mr.Julio are the greatest! Even though I only went there for an UBER inspection-- they did it in a professional and speedy way. Mark .I returned today Sept 5th for another UBER Inspection and this time Mr. Jerry did my inspection and he was very swift and professional! I have taken all three of my vehicles to this shop and each time he exceeded my expectations!! He informed me that my daughter's Fiat 500L did not need a complete engine replacement and fixed it while saving me a a ton! They repaired my transmission shifter unit on my Ford Explorer. Which I thought only the dealer could fix..He also diagnosed and repaired my wife's BMW I3 when it had charging issues,.I will continue to patronize this outstanding establishment!!
