After shopping around and reading many reviews I decided to take my 2011 Audi A3 to MMS. I am glad I did. From the moment I walked in they were nice to me and most importantly to my toddler. They even offered her snacks to make her comfortable. That alone deserves 5-stars. I was looking for a quote for general maintenance and to replace two worn wheel bearings. At first I was hesitant because they wouldn’t give me a general price for the repair over the phone and wanted me to come in; don’t worry that’s a good thing! The first thing they did was lift up the car and conducted a detailed inspection, they later ran diagnostics to make sure the problem was the wheel bearings. After the inspection they wrote up a quote for the repair, the maintenance I requested, and additional areas of concerns. I never felt pressured. Their pricing was fair and competitive. I am just impressed they took the time to do a full inspection. Jesse and the team were thorough, professional, and communicated well! Don’t hesitate to take your car to this shop. My car is driving way better than it was before and all at a reasonable price.

I took my Audi Q3 in for a coolant leak, and transfer case service and MMS was very responsive. They called me back a couple of hours later after doing a bumper to bumper inspection and found a small oil leak in the timing cover, and some other 150000 mile service items. They communicated with me very well, and got the parts very quick and finished the repairs in a timely manner. The customer service is outstanding, the mechanics are outstanding and I highly recommend them for service of your European vehicles. 5 start service and beyond Thank you MMS E. Johnson

Words cannot express how grateful I am for finally finding my “forever” mechanic! I have been taking my car to several mechanics for a leak and each mechanic told me different reasons for the leak! After thousands of dollars later, Jesse was able to diagnose my car correctly and guess what? They fixed the problem and NO leak. They are more than willing to work with you if an issue arises. I have a 2015 Volkswagen Passat TDISEL. That’s a diesel engine. I was looking for someone to help me with some work on this vehicle. I’ve had some oil leaks that were not addressed by a previous mechanic. So I tried MMS. I found them to be very knowledgeable, easy to work with and Jesse was very personable. The work that’s been done to figure out where the leaks were coming from was extensive. The leaks have not yet been fixed. And that’s because my engine may have multiple leaks. I just ran out of money before I could actually fix the leak. This is a positive review for MMS, even though I still have remaining leaks. I would work with them on any other issues as they have proven to be a good mechanic with knowledge and care for customers.

We have been bringing our Minis to Mark for about 10 or 12 yrs. He and his crew are the best!!!. This was the first time I brought my 07 Toyota Tacoma 4x4 though. The truck has been very good to me and I bought it used in 2012. I've only rplcd a front bearing 6 Mos after I purchased. It was time for a REAL tune up. MMS worked on it, unfortunately for about a week, because the parts were so hard to find and one was discontinued. They service manager kept me abreast of the progress/delays daily. They found things that were going to happen maybe 2-6 months from now. I truly appreciate the thoroughness of the crew there on my 4x4. It's runs WAY better than before and it was a reasonable amount paid for such excellent work.

Great quality customer service is hard to find these days at any business but especially at auto mechanic shops especially as a single woman i have been scammed and treated as if my worth was less than a stray cat walking down Figueroa!
