This is my kind of gas. I don't really complain about the rising because there's not much I can do about it. I need to drive. My car is a gas guzzler too. It burns this gas regardless so this place has great employees and they are helpful. That so called fancy gas that is for those taking cars in the commercials is B.S. to me. Stop treating people/America like odors already. Shell is one my favorite spots to go to get gas.

Great place. Convenient location. And John went the extra mile to when he noticed that I am on Supplemental Oxygen by offering immediately to help by filling my tank. I am grateful to him, as filling my gas tank (physically) can be very challenging at times. They're competitively priced and have a drive-through car wash too.

Terrible horrible rude people here. Their car wash is bad and they know that the vacuum doesn’t work but they don’t put up a sign and continue to take their money. A guy made me wait give me my $1.25 back while he kept taking care of other customers. Horrible. And the store part is a dirty mess. This place must have really bad owners.

I always put gas in this gas station and today Feb.22, 2019 at around 4:45 PM, I went again to put gas and car wash “THE WORKS” as always for extra $8. We went and did the car wash with my autistic daughter because she’s been asking for it badly. We always get “THE WORKS” because it has rainbow colors in the soap with 4-5 colors. When it’s time to soap the car I noticed there’s only 1 color in the soap which is green. I’ve told the attendant about it and he asked one of the helper to check it out to see if there’s soap in them. The helper said “there’s still plenty in the soap container”. The gas attendant gave me another car wash code to do a test again. And I hesitated because I know it’ll be the same thing over again. I still went to do it anyways because maybe he did something to the car wash portal and maybe it’s clogged and he just did something to the soap container. The helper went with us to the car wash and he didn’t even stayed to see and watch to see how many cooors will come out for the car wash. As soon as he sees there’s something coming out of the soap container he walked away and didn't wait to see if there will be rainbow colors that’s gonna come out of the soap container because like said “THE WORKS” is the highest car wash which would spit out rainbow colors 4 colors soap. I went inside again of the gas station and explained to them that it’s the same thing. There’s only green color soap that came out and didn’t clean my car that good! The helper was rude and saying “We gave you already two car wash and said do you want another car wash or maybe you just wanted to get your money back”? Of course I will be upset because my time was wasted, I have my daughter with me who has having behavior because of the car wash! All I wanted for them to give at least $2 off from that $8 because it wasn’t a full good car wash that I selected from the pump. They should’ve apologized in the beginning and could’ve told me that we are going to look at it and fix it for future people who’s willing to have a good car wash specially if they selected “THE WORKS”. They didn’t compromise and gave me option onto what kind of settlement that we can agree on? At least let the customers know that their “THE WORKS” car wash is not working properly! And for that incident, I will never go back to that gas station anymore even when it is near my home. NOT A GOOD SERVICE ATTENDANTS! You just lost a good customer who always put gas in this station.

The new car wash is awful! My car came out dirtier than when I brought it in and I paid $12 for the pleasure. It leaves little spots all over. It’s from the wax feature. They should change the name to the “Spots Feature.” My tip, don’t get the two expensive washes or you’ll be sorry. Get the cheapest option. It’s the one without the “Spots Feature.”

The new carwash equipment is horrible. I paid for the most expensive option , around $12. It tore off my rear wiper on my two year old crossover. It also bent my side mirror out, I guess I'm lucky it didn't snap it off.The machine is ridiculously aggressive It also left my car covered in white spots because the dryer doesn't run very long. Definitely staying away from this place.
