I would give this less stars if I could. Cashier couldn't see my driver's license and made me read all of it to him . He wrote all personal info down on paper and threw it on the counter for everyone to read. Then after filing up with v power nitro gas my engine started misfiring due to bad fuel. To the point my car wasn't able to run.

The blonde night cashier is very rude, couldn't give less stars but need to... talked down to my son and myself, nasty attitude, didn't want to do her job, and flat out said she didn't care if we ran out of gas despite me being disabled which I told her. Asked if she could let us just fill up the tank with some change that's all... came from watching our family member just die and she openly mocked me

I have been buying diesel here for sometime now because they are the cheapest in the area. There was a time I suspected their pumps were not well calibrated. On 02/03/23 my fuel level orange light turned on very close to Hubbard and I stopped to buy 25 gals to get me to Detroit MI. Normally 25 gals should raise the fuel level at least one bar on the gauge. Guess what it never rose up and my fuel level was in the red throughout. Just beware. If you can goto the one in Jackson OH

Will never go here again. Horrible arrangement of pumps causes traffic issues and not all pumps able to be used efficiently. Pump only took debit card with no notification until ‘see attendant’ message.

The old lady with the short blonde/white hair is extremely rude. This is the 4th time in the last 2 weeks she has blatantly been ignorant. She never says hello or how can I help you, she just stands there with an attitude and stares at you until you tell her what you need and then just let's you walk away without saying thank you or have a good day or anything. She told me a price that was way higher than the tag said so, when I asked her why the tag said a lower price, she loudly sighed, rolled her eyes and turned to look at the tag. I set the item back down, said noone needs your attitude and walked out. She was yelling something across the store as I left, but didn't pay her any attention. I drove down the road to loves and purchased my items there, where I will continue to shop as long as she works there. I complained to the manager about her and am aware of 4 other people that have complained about her in the last couple weeks, yet her attitude seems exactly the same. She is never, ever pleasant and has absolutely no business working in customer service. If she hates her job so bad, she shouldn't be working it.

Stopped in about 1030 pm and was getting gas and snacks. My family and I were traveling from New York to Cincinnati and we were tired. The guy at the register said he couldn't break a $100 bill. Another employee said she could break it because she was counting her drawer. The man decided that he still did not want to let me use the $100 and told me to take my business elsewhere and proceeded to berate me. He was very rude and there was another guy that decided to chim in and be rude as well. I felt threatened and was ready to defend myself if needed. The younger guy with glasses made the situation much worse. I feel like if it weren't for the woman that gave me change and another customer intervening, the situation could have been worse. Those two guys need some customer training and if they hate their job that much they shouldn't work there.

Pump froze on “wait a moment” after taking my credit card info. I asked the cashier if he could cancel the transaction, and he said there was nothing he could do because nothing is coming up on his end and that pump has been giving them trouble all day. I don’t understand why they don’t mark the pump for out of service if that is the case.

Regardless of what hours they claim to have, (24 hours apparently?) if you happen to show up during a “shift change,” there is a “15-20 minute” window where they cannot process transactions of any kind in-store. My experience of this happened on 9/1/25 at 11:45pm. Kind of a bummer and something I have never seen or heard of before.
