Ask a question about Shell fuel rewards in-Store purchase and nobody knows anything! It clearly has, The Shell Fuel Rewards stickers on the Coolers glass.Nobody Knows! Shell rewards inside purchase products are listed on their web site for .05 or .10$ Gas Rewards! Reward items like Candy Bars should be marked also!

No price per gallon listed on their site and when I called to ask about the ppg of premium gas, I was told they don't give out prices over the phone. How is a consumer supposed to make an informed decision. I was across town and wanted to fill up at my neighborhood Shell. WAS my go to gas station. Not any longer. Lost a regular loyal customer.

Ryan (Store Manager) and Romona are very rude individuals. Everytime i come in the store, I have problems with them. Romona is very rude, and immediately makes me feel like. She does not want to be there. They don't ask for identification, unless they don't like you. Even if you have the paper identification from the DMV, which is acceptable. They joke and talk junk about customers, near the lotto dispenser; behind the counter. It's very unprofessional, and they don't clean the store. Buckets of water everywhere, even water on the floor. I almost slipped, wholes all in the ceiling. I am a regular customer, as well as family members; but I will not be after this unprofessional visit. & Its not even the store, its the employees Romona and Store Manager Ryan. Hopefully they will have it fixed, and it can become a better atmosphere to come to.

Some of their company policies need and should be changed. I called for a price on the Vuse Alto and the lady said "Due to our company policy, we can't give out prices over the phone". This is so ridiculous, you will loose customers like that. Any other store would be happy to tell you a price to get your business, but not Shell! Up side is some of the workers are very nice.

Says it's open 24 hours. There are people inside and the door is locked and they just gave me a work clothes motion and it's 11:56. Could have gone to three other gas stations if I'd known this one wasn't going to be open. I'll pump my gas elsewhere.

EVIL YOUNG CLERK Knew MACHINE WASN'T WORKING STORE EMPTY NO SIGNS TO LET CUSTOMER KNOW MACHINE NOT WORKING GAVE ME EVERY LIE IN THE BOOK WITH THE MANAGER TO NOT PAY ME BCK MONEY MACHINE TOOK OFF WHEN MACHINE WOULDN'T LET ME SELECT GRADE FOR GAS TELL ME TO MOVE ANOTHER PUMP THAT ONE NOT WORKING JUST SAD SIMPLE THINGS CAINT AND WON'T BE TAKEN CARE IN THAT MOMENT. YOU MADE THE MISTAKE AND I THE CUSTOMER GET PUNISHED ITS JUST SOME SAD SORRY DAYS PERIOD. IM SHOWING YOU A RECIEPT SHOWING ZERO GAS BUT ON MY ACCOUNT IN THE BANK IS SHOWING YOURV MACHINE TOOK 22.44 OFF MY CARD. KNOW IM OUT OF GAS, MONEY, AND HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE BANK TO RUN THERE CLEARANCE FROM THIS FALSE CHARGE TO MY ACCOUNT. PEOPLE STOP LIENG TO COVER YOUR BACK WRONG IS WRONG RIGHT IS RIGHT NO OTHER WAY AROUND IT. TELL ME BS JUST TO BRUSH ME OFF. NEVER EVER AGAIN ILL DRIVE RIGHT PAST THIS STORE WITH A WORKER TELLING ME ANYTHING AND THERE MANAGER BOSS ON PHONE NOT EVEN WILLING TO HEAR THIS SIDE OF STORY, CALLED BOSS # STILL NO ANSWER. I stopped at 6:15 am. Website says they are open but the cashier said it would be 5 more minutes. She should be fired for making her own hours and not following operating hours….Sad and lazy staff..Wouldn’t recommend…plenty of other gas stations alone Reynolda Rd.
