I chose to bring my cavalier here because of the positive reviews and I was not disappointed. They kept me in the loop every step of the way. Im new to Winston-Salem and up until recently didn't need any work done on my car. This was the 2nd place I called and I was immediately impressed with the customer service over the phone. They told me to come down to the shop and they would take a look at my check engine light. Went there directly after my pleasant phone experience and was given attention immediately upon my arrival. In two minutes one of the mechanics there told me what the issue was, quoted me at roughly $300 off the top of his head and what was needed. I was told they could work on it the next day. Leaving my car there was no issue with them what so ever. They actually worked on it the next day and finished it the next day like they said they would. The price was actually cheaper than the $300 I was quoted. It came out to 298 and change. In this day and age it is truly rare to be given friendly customer service, immediate attention, an accurate quote(this is near impossible, I don't think I've ever had an experience at a shop where it was actually the price they say it's going to be. Most shops always try to add fluff and things that don't really need to be done) and they had the job done when they said it was going to be. All of these things combined to make this an excellent and smooth experience. A rare find, in my opinion. An excellent place to bring your vehicle to. They will definitely have my future business.

We own three Honda's (pilot,accord,&civic) Honda may tell us what's wrong with it but Andrew's Automotive will fix it for way cheaper than the dealership. We've trusted these guys with all of our vehicles for years. They recently solved a mysterious brake issue in my Honda. A specialist in Kernersville and Crown Honda couldn't fix it but Curry and crew figured it out. Very reasonable and if it's not their expertise they give great recommendations.

I have to rate this a 5 star rating due to the fact no matter what I stop here for these guys here are absolutely professional and know what they're talking about and so helpful and price great and they always have a great attitude no matter what your asking for our need help with . please don't pass these guys up and don't pay new car franchise prices. stop by and see if they can do it 1st before you go in make an appointment somewhere else . they are local guys and they are super awesome. These are just not my feelings towards this location/ business. this is also from people in the community

These guys are the best. They've serviced our 2005 Envoy and keep it going. They just saved it again. The engine light was on and couldn't pass inspection. They fixed it and got me on the road. They are honest and explain the issue so the normal person can understand what's going on with their vehicle.

These guys are good! My car had a tricky AC malfunction that the dealership was unable to diagnose after multiple tries. I then searched online for a repair shop. Andrew's Automotive had a lot of reviews with virtually all 5 star ratings. I called and explained the problem. The AC only worked intermittently. I made an appointment and Blake and Matt had some ideas as to what was causing the malfunction and were confident they could fix the problem. They kept me informed as they diagnosed multiple areas. After some trial and error, they found the cause of the problem, fixed it and at a very reasonable cost. The mechanics at Andrew's are honest, friendly, and very competent. Also, the waiting area and service areas are clean indicating they take pride in their business.

Don’t believe everything you read online. I brought my car here because of all the good reviews online and I knew that I was going to get top-notch service and that did not happen. I took my car last Monday for them to pull it back and look at it to tell me what was wrong and they did that and made me an appointment to bring my car in at 7:30 this morning when they opened because they said they would need to work on it all day. When I went to drop it off, Blake, the one that told me to bring it in and made the appointment had no idea who I was or why I was there and acted very confused. I canceled appointments today, I had to get rides all over town all day. They made my appointment at 7:30 this morning, and they did not even look at my car until two hours before they were getting ready to close. And then called me back to tell me that they could not help me. This is horrible service . They could’ve looked at my car first thing and I could’ve had it in another shop all day. They were no help at all. I highly suggest taking your business elsewhere.

I'm so glad this place exists that I hesitate to write a review because I don't want them to get so popular I can't get in when I need them. :) They're the most honest and pleasant mechanic group I've ever worked with. I've used them with success several times on some tricky problems with old vehicles. More recently I had a new (2018) vehicle throw a check engine light and go into "limp mode" where it would barely drive. I got it to them and they tried their best to troubleshoot and had great communication with me. They tried to repair a sensor (putting the man hours in to do that) but it didn't remedy the problem. Due to some supply chain issues and the complexity of a new vehicle's software they suggested I had to take it to a dealer...they refused to charge me a penny (I even tried a cash tip and that got rejected!) and talked me through the dealership's quote and gave me more free advice. I will definitely always start with them and recommend them strongly.

These guys are great. Tired of driving all the way to Charlotte to get the Tesla serviced and wasting an entire day on basic services. Andrew’s did my front brakes and rotors in under an hour after we found the right wheel lock socket (from discount tire). Highly recommended for there professionalism and honesty. You will not get ripped off here like the commission based dealerships try to do. If they can’t help they’l let you know up front but they are a genuinely good local company that deserves our business. Any Tesla owners out there you have another, closer option besides Tesla Service Center for brakes now!

Giving one star because the mechanic was nice, feel sorry for him. Otherwise I would have given them minus 5. The owner/manager not so nice..... Once they get your money , eventhough the car has not been fixed, they don't want to deal with you. Only senseless excuses. Poor costumer servive and unethical. Definetly not sure if all those 5 stars reviews are real....

We were a new customer, going on a recommendation from a friend after looking for a auto repair shop. I am beyond thrilled with Andrew's Auto and the folks there. Friendly, and an expert in auto mechanics industry. They know what they are doing and they aren't trying to take advantage of you. They do great work, their prices are reasonable and fair and they are honest, trustworthy folks. I would highly recommend them for any auto work that you need to have done. As a Nurse, I was traveling to see a patient in a rehab facility to get him admitted to our home care services so we could get him home to hospice care and allow him to pass peacefully. Little did I know that I would have extreme car issues trying to get there. I was near Andrews automotive and pulled in with desperation for help so I could get to this family. The pulled my vehicle in immediately as oil had blew all over my vehicle underneath and my oil was almost gone in my vehicle. My motor was going to be completely shot if I drove any further. They serviced my vehicle immediately and got me back on the road. My vehicle is running again smoothly and I was able to get to the client. !! Not only did they help me promptly; they were incredibly nice as well. I will recommend them to everyone.
