I was able to make an appointment for the next day and had all my services rendered in a timely fashion. Matt walked me through all suggested repairs, as well as ordering the tires I needed to pass my inspection, so that they would arrive the next morning. He called to let me know when they arrived, and they were installed quickly. The entire front desk staff was super friendly and the facilities were very clean.

I had my car towed in with transmission lights flashing. AC Auto thoroughly checked my car out to reveal a critter had made a home under the hood and rearranged some wiring. This was not their everyday repair and I’m sure brought a chuckle to their day. Every employee I encountered was most kind and professional. I highly recommend AC Auto.

I got referred to AC Auto and I can't say enough about their professionalism. You walk in and the service advisors are very friendly and very helpful. ( Eric / Matt ) (Chad the owner). I needed to get my car inspected and they did such a great safety inspection! They take pictures of everything that is concern to them. The techs. who took care of my truck I can't say enough about them either. They are efficient and so knowledgeable about all mechanical work I was so impressed! Got all my work done the cost was remarkable for everything that they got done. Now I feel safe again in my 2004 Ford ranger! I would recommend them to anyone. I recommend coming here for all your Auto needs. You can rest assure that you won’t be given the runaround, but plenty of options And top-notch repair service. Had my grand daughter's 2014 Nissan Sentra's AC serviced here. Customer service was excellent. Matt explained the service that needed to be done. After getting estimates, I determined that the price was reasonable (most other shops were more expensive). The price quoted was the price charged. Vehicle AC compressor was replaced and now the vehicle AC is working great Thanks Matt for your assistance. I would recommend.

They were able to give me a ride home to wait for my vehicles repairs to be done, since they had to locate a certain part needed. And also came and picked me up when my car was finished. I own a Range Rover Autobiography 2016. If you own one, you know how hard it is to get an independent shop to look at it much less do the service Because Range Rovers require special tools. I had an issue with my control arm Due to wear and tear and my grease boot on the rear axle. Normal stuff with a car with this many miles. These guys turned my car around in less than 24 hours. They take pictures to show you the problem, they give you a fair price, and they do it right. Bravo!

This is my 2nd visit to AC Auto. This time I had my battery replaced and the terminals cleaned. Again, the customer service was excellent! Again, I was given a breakdown of other repairs I needed to address, again with NO pressure to take care of them the same day. I also had a brake inspection done, which enabled me to see the condition of my brake pads.I have a 4 year warranty on my battery with 100% replacement. I think it's official now. They'll be the only mechanics to work on my Mazda. I may pay more, but for the service, customer care included, I think it's worth it. Thank you guys. You don't know what peace of mind you've given me.

The actual mechanics do good work. The problem i have is with the guy that wants to come n lie to my face about what i need to have fixed to boost his sales for bonuses and than try and argue with me about why i gave a bad reveiw. Will be going back to see how chad feels about this one

Get a second opinion if you’re using A C Automotive, they seriously overcharged me on new tires 2 years ago by $200 on tires that were discontinued insisting I was getting a great deal while also stating I needed new brakes all around. After a year of stopping for air bcuz my tire low pressure light would indicate as low as 20psi, always stopping asap to the nearest air location and my tires looked fine, used my own tire pressure gauge to find no issue and I couldn’t reset that light. I went to Precision Auto to diagnose the problem, A C Automotive never paired my newly overcharged tires with my cars computer, how totally incompetent of this place! Regarding those brakes they told me were at 5mm in back and 3mm in front that needed to be replaced the same day, I had a brake inspection as well. AC Auto lied to me, my rear and front brakes had 6mm left a year later, they actually proved it to me by taking me into the garage. Last year and this year’s inspections, I’m still not in need of new brakes, I was told possibly next year! I’m a senior and don’t appreciate being overcharged, under-serviced when their mechanic doesn’t pair brand new tires with my cars computer and being lied to about brakes that I definitely didn’t need! Of course they also wanted to charge me $79 to change my cabin air filter when my tires were installed, I refused the service knowing I could easily do it myself for $10, I was smirked at when I said that! But when I checked the filter it was clean, free from debris and dirt but I did change it a few months ago, it cost me $10.26. Some of their customers may be new and faithful, others older and think this place is doing them favors. My experience alone should show you shouldn’t trust what they’re telling you, get a second opinion before you’re taken advantage of too, shame on A C Automotive!
