Drove a hour out of my way only to be baited and switched. Amigo said the tires were 80% and the tires were really only about 25-35%, almost on the wear bar. He wanted 220 dollars for bald tires!! I’m in the automotive industry and These tires sell for 25 dollars normally in this condition! Or less. Which he pays much less because they buy in bulk!, normally 5-10 a tire. He refused to negotiate, said he could get 250 online for them and shooed me away. I wouldn’t recommend anyone go out of the way to come here, may be a good jack leg for the locals, definitely not a good businessman or Honest shop!!! Stay AWAY!!

My sister came in for two tires for her Jeep. One of the technicians damage her valve (confirmed by another technician) while replacing the tires but refused to repair it without a fee. He later agreed to fix the part if she provided a replacement part “free of charge” even though this was of no fault of her own. After purchasing the part, she returned back to the shop where she was approached by the owner who said “listen lady don’t come up her asking people to do free work” and told her to not come back unless she was willing to pay the fee. The owner was highly unprofessional and disrespectful to my sister which was unwarranted and inexcusable. We will never do business at this establishment again and will warn others to take their business elsewhere. Please be aware.

I've been going to 3 Brothers Tire Shop for quite a while now and I've been pretty much satisfied with their services. It's only been once that I showed up and they didn't have the size tires I needed. Their prices are affordable and the customer service is pretty good.

Terrible experience I was charged for faulty work. My car was fine at first and when they finished Jose told me I would need to come back in 2 months to get something else done that would cost $400. When I took it back because I was experiencing the same issue a month later I was told that it was not the same problem and I needed to take my car somewhere to have a smoke test done. I had another mechanic take a look and it was the same issue as the problem was never fixed just temporarily and faultily covered up. The other mechanic fixed it completely in less time and cheaper. When I went to get a refund I was given all sorts of excuses and the run around. This place may be good for tires but they will half way fix your car for return business. Now I have to sue 3 Brother's tire shop.

Great experience. Bought a used auto from here with low mileage. Not like other car sales men. Messaged about this auto and the told me someone was on the way to look at it but would let me know if they didn’t get it. Got a message to let me know the person never showed. Made an appointment with them to see the auto. Other purchasers were on site looking at this auto before our appointment. They were told that we were on the way to look at it and they offered 1000 to hold the car u til they came back with their spouse. He declined the 1000 for we had an appointment. He was giving us a fair chance in looking at the auto since we live 45 mins away. Love their customer service and will def be doing more business. I am a loan officer for a credit union and believe me I will def promote them as much as I can. Very satisfied

October 2025: In the past, my experience with this mechanic shop has been excellent.The customer service has always been above board and they always looked out for me. I have since purchased a pretty nice truck and I intend to let them more or less take over as far as things that might be done to get it where I need it to be. I trust them fully to help with its n maintenance. They installed my tires today. And everything is done in a timely manner, and with quality installation. Prices are very fair. And because of the location of the business people may have a tendency to overlook it.But you would serve yourself well to check them out. An additional note: People should just be upfront and honest when interacting with people. There Should be no need to disguise, voices and deceptive things of that nature when dealing with people trying to get over or get something for nothing!.

I’ve got an old pickup that needed tires. It’s got 16-inch wheels and the tires are fairly expensive, several quotes I received in the $700 range. I found a new set here for $500 and the quality is better than the tires I was quoted $700 for at other shops. This place isn’t fancy (the waiting area is a couple of covered benches), but I was treated with nothing but respect and my tires were replaced quickly and professionally. The owner is a nice guy. I highly recommend this business.

This shop is terrible. They gave me a price on the phone, I used a slightly Spanish accent. But when I got there and they seen that I wasnt Hispanic, I got charged $20 more than what they originally said on the phone. I've heard nothing but bad things about this shop.

Highly recommend! I ended up having to get a used tire two weekends in a row from 3 brothers shop. The first weekend I called to confirm they had the tire size I was needing.
