This is a first-rate auto repair shop, with the owner, Rick Hudspeth, being an honest, skilled professional who is a delight of a person. The whole staff is like that, with Emmanuel being one of the finest Volvo mechanics ANYWHERE. I highly recommend North Point Motors.

Great service, Great knowledge and good pricing. I have owned several Saabs and with Rick's help they seem to run forever. The only draw back of North Point Motors is the location, but I will not take my cars anywhere else. Google Maps is confused on the address of North Point motors. You will need to use "4518 Cherry St Winston-Salem, NC 27106" to navigate to Rick's shop.

Honest mechanics (especially for a woman), amazing customer service, has loaners, goes above and beyond. I have taken my 24yo Volvo to other mechanics but I wasn’t pleased with their service. I have taken my car to him for apx 5 years and couldn’t be more pleased with the service.

I just want to thank the hard working guys at North Point Motors for not only giving me hope during a hard time with my car but actually delivering stellar customer service & actually fixing my car problems. I have a 2017 Volvo S60 and when every dealership in the winston salem area told me that they don't work on volvo cars, Caleb was more than supportive and ready to take on the problem at hand. Volvo dealership diagnosed my car and said I needed a new engine but thanks to these guys that wasnt the case at all. They were so understanding of my situation and helped me in more ways than one they fixed multiple problems with my in sufficient amount of time and didnt over charge me. I appreciate EVERYTHING. I totally recommend this Repair shop to any and everyone THANK YOU SO MUCH

It’s not easy to find a reliable and honest enough place to send your 20 year old son who trusts executing someone tells him about his old Volvo that he’s trying to slowly restore……. But this is the shop!! Every time my son takes his 1999 Volvo up for a repair, he’s treated with courtesy and respect. I note take my out children’s BMW X3’s and our Suburban there.
