If you're looking for a fancy waiting room with a 60 inch TV this ain't the place. If you need new springs, a wheel alignment etc. , these folks are the real deal. If they don't have the spring to fit your vehicle, they can make it. Cars, Semi, RVs, they can do it. Very nice folks. Real mechanics.

I wish I could give you a negative 5 stars 2 time I took my truck to get an alignment( first time I schedule and decided to wait in the office, when I said I would wait the mechanic gave me an attitude ) mechanic said ball joints were bad, I ask if he could fix them he said not today we won’t have time. While I was there 3 different customer walk into the office with different issues, so I reschedule for 3 weeks later I was the first scheduled truck for services. I drop my truck this morning at 8 am. I called 4:30 asking if it was ready and they told me it was not gonna be ready until tue or Wednesday. I’m not a mechanic but I’m pretty sure you don’t take 72 hrs to get an alignment. If you are booked just say we are book and can’t take new work

I'm extremely with the workmanship provided to me and my business. However, they are poor when it comes to communication and relaying their intent to do work without conferring with the customer first (1st). They quoted one amount for the work I requested, but upon deeper involvement on the work requested, they found other issues external to my request; and thereafter, proceeded to repair said issues without a: text, phone call, email, etc., etc. My repair bill was almost the initial amount quoted. Had I relied on their quote, I wouldn't have been able to pay my bill. But again, the pride, professionalism, and workmanship shown was on par with the best service in the City of Winston-Salem. They have no equal!

I had my Jeep Wrangler worked on here. Rear end needed completely redone, and the front end needed some work. The price was extremely reasonable. Best part, they do know what they are doing; Quality workmanship all the way. Oh... and I lost the key to my Jeep, while in the parking lot leaving! (I Know right)! Anyway, I used the set I always have on me to get home. Once i realized it was gone, I called the shop... the lady in the front was kind enough to go outside and found it for me! Talk about going out and beyond for costumer service! Try them you will not be disappointed.

I've had vehicles serviced for upwards of 40 years and I have never been to a place that exudes the attitude of, "F you! We're the only game in town, so deal with it," attitude. Showed up on time for my appointment, walked into the garage and must have had my inviso-ray on, so I walked back outside to call and let them know I was here. 45 minutes later, still sitting in the parking lot. Finally gave up. Very greasy, unkept industrial. No waiting room and they most definitely put the "cuss" in customer service. One of the poorest garage experiences ever! Don't bother :(

This company came highly recommended and they lived up to their reputation. I had several suspension problems and front end issues with my box truck. These were all addressed and repaired in a timely manner. My truck now rides fabulously! Daniel, the mechanic, clearly explained what he discovered & repaired; it all was quite logical and easy to understand. Gina, in the office also was professional, very knowledgeable and friendly. It's no surprise why this company has been in business for 85 years. I certainly will be using Auto Spring Co as my maintenance & repair shop. I highly recommend this company!!

I recently had the team tackle a unique alignment job on my off road camping trailer. This team is professional, skilled and has an awesome set of tools. Haha. Seriously, Gina, Clarke, Daniel and Wes were all on the spot and made sure the job got done right. Not to mention that no one within a 2 hours drive would even touch my project. I highly recommend this team. I'll be using them again for sure. Note they specialize in heavy trucks but they still treated me and my smaller job like it was their most important job of the day.

Over charged. Charged me for a rear alignment & didn’t do. Mechanic told me there were mo adjustments. When I called to get taken care of, excuse was that my vehicle was on the rack for that amount of time. Don’t plan on waiting for your vehicle, even if they tell you to. Had 8:30 appt & was told I would be next in line. 1 1/2 hrs later, they moved another in front of me. Glad I don’t do business that way. The work is good, just don’t plan on waiting.

This is my worst experience ever. They told me the price to fix is $1,200. After one week and half, I came to pay and take my white hino box truck. They told me the price is $3,060 without any notice. Bad customer service too. The ladies at the reception and the guy are rude.

The price was changed without informing me in advance, which is unacceptable and shows a lack of transparency. Additionally, the appointment took much longer than scheduled, wasting a lot of my time. If prices or timing change, customers should be notified beforehand. I hope they will improve communication and service quality.
