Long story short. Hood was badly rusted. Risk of flying off at highway speeds. Don't know the area. Called around and was referred here. Spoke to Kyle. Had hood replaced with a used pulled hood at reasonable cost. Could not afford new. Replacement hood is secured to engine compartment and travels can resume. From initial phone call to car back in my possession, three days (includes weekend)! They showed me a picture of the hood before it's installation. I would go back to this location in a heartbeat. These guys helped me tremendously and completed the fix, both in very reasonable cost and time constraints considering the overall circumstances. Five stars. Thanks! 🙏

Left massive gap between headlight and hood. Door locks didn't work after I took it back twice for a totally different issue. Interior trim was permanently warped and didn't fit back into correct spot. Told ME how to adjust hood, instead of fixing it themselves. Had to email management to get a call back from service rep. Employees hide from you behind their cubicles so they won't have to "deal" with you. This place is a junkyard posing as a shade-tree body shop. Take your car elsewhere!

I live in Durham but had heard good things about Flow so I drove an hour and half to get a small repair done on my Audi A5. After 2 weeks, I was told that the repairs were complete, the car had been checked by a technician, and it was finally ready to be picked up. I once again drove an hour an a half to Flow and within a few seconds of pulling off the lot found that the wheel was crooked (I had to hold it at 1:00 position to go straight. Putting the wheel straight would have sent me into a wall). When I walked back in and brought this up with the staff (having them drive it so they could see for themselves) I was told that they must not have fully checked that it was working. The kicker was that meant I would need to drive all the way back an hour and a half again in a day or two to pick it up after the wheels had been re-aligned. When you're paying top dollar you expect a job well done, not to pick up a car with a flaw so visible you can notice after driving it for 10 seconds. Do yourself a favor a save yourself the headache of dealing with Flow motors.

NEVER BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!! I wouldn't let these guys finger paint for a kindergartner's final exam! Picked my car up after almost $4500 repairs and they had cut into my bumper with the buffer attachment so deep it was into the plastic (which they just repainted) paint runs also in the bumper, dried paint on my chrome grille, HUGE 6 inch line from where it looked like they hit the car with something while the paint was still curing, paint runs all in the trunk lid and they even put a major scratch on my drivers side door that was all the way down to the metal! Didn't buff my headlights like I paid for, said the guy didn't feel like going through the trouble of taking them off. They "fixed" the issues within a day I came back and they didn't wet sand ANYTHING edge of the hood felt like shark teeth, dust from sanding all on my back seat and trapped in my 3rd brake light, and a huge line of clear coat over spray down the entire top of the car. Not to mention They had CHRISTMAS TREE CLIPS used for front bumper plugs instead of the correct plugs I asked them to use, headlights were loose from missing bolts and the pins to connect the splash panel to the underside of the bumper, oh they lost a few so the replaced them with old bolts. Within 3 MONTHS the front bumper started chipping and I'm still finding trash all in my paint. On the 3rd attempt the manager got an attitude with me. So I recently went to a REAL BODY SHOP and had some of the issues fixed and they even said how terrible of a job they did and that the paint doesn't even match! NEVER GO HERE!!!!!!

We have 3 vehicles get tree sap damage on the paint. Then we had another vehicle that was involved in a rear end accident. Insurance had not issues working with Flow. All told, Flow was great at making the cars look and feel like new. Sure there was the inconvenience of having to wait, but repairing cars is not a fast process to do it right. We have them as our preferred place for any future insurance claims.

Terrible!!! Do not take your car here if you care about it! They have had mine since June, insurance paid them a month ago, and they still have not gotten my car back to me. In the meantime it's gotten broken into and vandalized! They had no response, didn't let me know, I had to go in and check on things since it's been months and found it dirty as can be with the windows busted. My car is 1 of 2000 and should have been taken better care of. But had they done things in a timely manner I wouldn't be still careless with now more to fix than before I brought it in. This is not the first issue I have had with these inbysuls if you are considering using flow luxury I'd advise you to reconsider. Talk to anyone in the flow audi service department about my experience I'm sure they would be happy to confirm the truth! If there were a way to post pictures I'd be happy to I'd anyone knows how.... might I add it's unacceptable that they store and place their dirty tools on my leather seats..... even after I was in there yesterday complaining about the lack of respect my car and myself have received.

They definitely are not cheap, but that’s because they are the best. A FedEx van hit my BMW, and the FedEx insurance adjuster was extremely difficult to work with, and just getting a rental car wound up costing me a couple hundred dollars, but the body shop was able to work with them and get my car fixed. It turned out amazing, and I just had to leave the body shop a great review. They were very friendly and easy to work!

My husband and I recently had a very close encounter with a deer. Thankfully, we were not injured but our 2020 Subaru Forester had significant damage to the front end - the grill, the fender, headlights, etc. Our insurance company worked with us and Flow Luxury Paint and Body Shop to set up when we could take it in for repairs. Once the repairs started, the body shop found further damage than the original insurance estimator's examination. After discussing with the insurance company, Flow Luxury Body Shop was able to proceed with those repairs as well as the original ones. The repairs took almost two weeks but this was partially due to trying to get the additional parts. Jayson, the manager, kept us informed of the repairs progress. Brittany, the Customer Service Rep, greeted us and helped us get our shuttle to the car rental for our loaner car the day we took our car to the shop. Kyle and Jayson followed up on a loose wire that needed connecting after the repairs were completed; they quickly fixed that for us. Our 2020 Subaru looks and runs like new. Great folks!

I can say without hesitation that Flow Luxury Paint & Body did extraordinary work on my car. I brought my GTI in with damage to the fender and doors, and the repair quality absolutely exceeded my expectations. The bodywork is flawless, panel alignment is perfect, and the paint match/blend on Moonstone Gray is nothing short of stunning. It’s a difficult flat color to match, and they nailed it — you cannot tell the car was ever touched. What impressed me just as much as the exterior work was the care taken with the interior, which remained pristine. That level of attention matters, especially to someone who takes pride in their car. Everything feels solid, tight, and factory-correct. The craftsmanship speaks for itself. They also made the whole process with insurance very easy and stress free.
