I just had the best experience at Mavis tires and brakes I came in needing some air in my tires and was very confused. I’ve never done it before—a gentleman named. Pat was so helpful and knowledgeable, and taught me things for next time. Another gentleman, Mekah (sorry if that is misspelled), helped me calibrate the dashboard so the sensor was not still on. Being a female with a car, I’ve often been taken advantage of, and it was so refreshing to see mechanics. Genuinely care and help me.

I flew from Florida to North Carolina to see my daughter and have her vehicle serviced. Unfortunately I came during a snowstorm. I didn’t want to go back home without getting her vehicle serviced and everywhere was closed except Mavis. I spoke with Pat who was very pleasant and friendly. He said we’re open, take your time and come see us. I’ve now found a service center that I can trust to provide services for my daughter’s vehicle. Pat was so pleasant that I feel at ease sending her somewhere without me having to fly here to get her vehicle serviced! Ohh, the price was fair too!

Incredible customer service. I came in on a Saturday morning with what turned out to be a full drill bit in my tire. They repaired the tire and got me out the door very quickly with excellent customer service. Angie at the front was awesome, and the technician was fabulous, too. All in all, they turned a frustrating situation into a very pleasant experience and I have been recommending them to others ever since.

Went to get my tire fixed and they were super nice. I overheard them speaking with another customer. Seemed like the person needed a lot of work done. Instead of saying you have to do this and it’ll be this much.. they gave him options and other suggestions outside of their shop. That to me, is everything. Honesty, options, and being human beings and understanding that not everyone can afford or do what is needed all at once. That encounter alone will bring me back here! 10/10 Pat and Wes were so helpful and nice when I went! I pulled up on my poor spare and Wes came and looked at my car/tire with me and was super super nice explaining everything to me. He helped me pick a new tire that matched my others well and was super good at explaining everything I’d need/want to know. Pat was also super helpful and nice, got me a well needed oil change and they both made me feel like 100% I went to the right place. Will defiantly be going to them again in the future, 10’s across the board to these guys!

Mavis Tires & Brakes has repeatedly proven to me that they are customer focused and driven. They go above and beyond for their customers and don't pressure you into additional purchases/services if it's not necessary. I come to this location to get my lowered car's oil change since it fits on their ground level alignment rack perfectly. I always provide my own oil and filter and just pay a lower charge for labor alone. This time, the oil filter I provided was defective and couldn't be used. I was offered a new filter on the house, but it was lower quality than what I prefer to use. Since I was effectively stuck there otherwise, the center manager personally offered to give me a ride to the local auto parts store to purchase a new filter and return my defective one, which I graciously accepted! That is what I call above and beyond and amazing customer service! I will be back again for my oil change next time and I will continue to be a Mavis customer for other applicable service needs too! Thank you!

Great and speedy service. Pat and Rob were friendly and took care of my car immediately. Mavis removed a nail from my car’s tire and plugged the nail hole with a combination patch/plug within 15 minutes. I will definitely return to Mavis for all Of my future tire repair needs, oil changes shock and strut replacements, breaks, fuel injection treatments, etc. Mavis seems to do it all here!
