Was lied to about a lot went got 4 tires they didn't align them was told that they didn't do it but then took car back after I bought two more tires just to be told my need 6k took it to another mechanic just to be told and showed that I was lied over priced labor just the worst experience ever then I get it from shop again no fluids in my car hole in my hose just honestly feel something was done to my car after picking it up from there

My 2021 Silverado had a pretty bad vibration at 70+ mph after upsizing my wheels and tires and after many attempts to get them balanced, they still had an aggressive vibration. I took it to the guys at Rattle and Hum and they got it riding smooth no problem. You can tell these guys are diligent and genuinely care about finding and resolving issues. It’s hard to find their caliber of expertise. I definitely recommend checking them out.

I always feel a little nervous when I need to take my car in to be serviced because I honestly know nothing about cars. I am also new-ish to the area and this is the first time I’ve had to do the state required inspection. Shane immediately made me feel more at ease and explained things to me without being condescending. I also made a mistake when I made my appointment that they easily could have taken advantage of, but they didn’t. I’ve forgotten his name, but whoever helped me when I returned to pick up my car was also kind and courteous. They seem like good, honest people here, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. They have definitely earned another repeat costumer.

Rattle and Hum is the only place I'll take my car! The guys are honest and straightforward. They take a look at everything and are up front about what's urgent and what can wait. My 2014 Subaru had to undergo a major repair and the guys communicated with me every step of the way, worked to find low prices on parts, encouraged me to do my own research, and worked with me so that I was not without a vehicle for too long. Was quoted $30 a week ago for a trip check, then was told it was $50. When I checked out It was $60 (I’m assuming taxes or fees), who knows. Just not so sure on this spot now. Lots of great reviews on this place but I’m weary to go back because of the misquote . I’ve been taken advantage of before by shops so kind of weary of this place after this. The guy that talked to me about my rattle trap was helpful in helping me decide if I should take the pos to Florida or not. 🤣

Rattle & Hum took great care of my vehicle. I was having an issue with my key not releasing from the ignition which at times was incredibly frustrating. I called Rattle & Hum and said I'd drop it off and if they could figure it out in 2 weeks, I'd be thrilled. No appointment, just dropped it off. The next day, they called and told me the problem. Two days later, car was fixed and ready to go... well ahead of schedule. Everyone was friendly, professional, knew what they were talking about, and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. Car was done way earlier than I requested (having randomly dropped it off on a Tuesday.) Great overall experience and I'll be taking my car there moving forward.
