They can change my oil but that's it. Every time I got something fixed something else was wrong. Asked for air in my tires and still had to put more in. They couldn't even get the warning light to go off

Took my car here twice within a 2 week timeframe for my auto repairs & spent over $1300. After the 2nd repair I noticed that my cell phone wouldn’t fit into the slot that I’ve been putting it in for the past 3 YEARS. I immediately started inspecting the radio/climate panel and realized it wasn’t the same one I had in my car. It was a different version, extremely dirty & worn out. The part that connects to the dashboard had to be pushed back in place & there were holes in the slot. I spoke with 2 different repairmen & they both claimed they didn’t have to go inside my car when it was repaired. I was very disappointed that people could be so dishonest. We are going through a pandemic & to think they would do this or allow this to happen to my car is sickening. I prayed about it & decided to take this loss and not return to them for future repairs.

Very poor quality of work and the customer service is also very poor. If you want a quality job done on your vehicle do not and i repeat do not go here. They are somewhat rude and totally UNPROFESSIONAL. They had my car a little over 2 weeks putting a new engine in, i called several times to see what was going on with the vehicle. The last time i talked to the manager i informed him i was without a vehicle and to please call me as soon as it was ready, so i guess this mad him mad. Got a phone call the following day saying my car was ready it was right before time to close and the manager was not there i picked my "fixed" vehicle up and wouldnt you know check engine light is on car runs rough they will never have my business again!

I was referred here and I deeply regret it!! They replaced a top motor mount that was covered by a warranty. Well, five months later it broke. I took my car back to them and to my surprise, they denied replacing it and told me it was the lower motor mount they replaced, and this isn't true! I STRONGLY advise getting detailed information on repairs made to your vehicle. I later found my receipt and it clarified repairs made. However, how they dishonored their work and dishonesty, I didn't bother to return.

The lady that answered the phone was horrible. I called to check on my vehicle and was told she'd call me back in an hour. I never heard back from her so I waited 3 hours to call back for an update. She then told me to call the wrecker service that towed my truck there so I called them and they didn't have an update from the garage either. Finally found out the truck was ready so Ray's towing came to pick me up to go get my truck. When we arrived the lady at the desk was talking to someone about a recipe and barely acknowledged us, she asked him for a check because they were covering the damages and he said he'd get it taken care of then she said "the keys are in it". The tow truck driver then walked me through the garage back to my truck. Horrible front desk but the repairs were done within a decent timeframe. Thanks Ray's but this garage needs a new front desk person, she's useless. She's grouchy with zero customer service skills.

Was looking for a garage open early after dropping the kids off at school, brakes were screaming, the few I found were booked till the following week, the gentleman I dealt with was willing to squeeze me in but cautioned me of a few hours wait, they were done in under an hour. Got a great impression of the place from 2 other customers I chatted with while waiting about the garage so will definitely be coming back for all other work.

I absolutely trust these guys with my car! They have fixed both of our cars multiple times, always in a timely fashion. They have been honest about what the cars do and don't need including going the extra mile to find us a cheaper individual part when it typically only came in a kit. Once, a bearing went bad. They replaced the bearing but I could still feel shaking in the car. They pulled the warranty for the new part and replaced the bearing a second time but the car was still shaking. They finally realized that the previous mechanic who had fixed my brakes put the brake pad on backwards causing the shaking the sound! They replace my brake pads and handed me the keys. I had to insist on paying them for at least the parts. There have also been several times that they've stayed past business hours to finish up a quick job or just take a look at one of my concerns. Cannot say enough good things about them!

Used valet at baptist hospital in winston salem. They curbed my car and punctured my tire. Baptist payed these great group of guys to come pick my car up go buy a tire on the way. take it back to the shop and replaced the tire. this was all done after hours can't think them enough.

Original: 2/2020 I had a great experience with this group! They took my car on Saturday late morning after my catalytic converter was stolen overnight. They explained the situation very well and told me what I needed to do in this situation. They called around to see what will be the best price for my stolen car piece. For the insurance purposes, I had to leave the car for insurance auto damage adjuster to come like 4 days after the incident, and they patiently waited for me. Once adjuster came by, they immediate took my car to fix the problem. They were good about updating me what is going on as well. I am driving my car right now without a problem! I saw Terry (he), Terry (she), and David, and they were wonderful. I highly recommend their auto services! Edited: 7/2023 Catalytic converter went bad later on, which mean their newly installed catalytic converter only lasted 3.5 years. Looks like this place used cheap aftermarket part. I had to get them replaced again, spending more money. Wish they used good parts that would last longer time. What a shame.

I took my car here twice and paid close to $400 for issues with my heating and air, and the problem still wasn't fixed. I finally took it back a third time and was quoted $2k for a multitude of repairs including what wasn't fixed the last 2 times I brought it in. Ended up taking my car over to AC Auto and got the issue fixed right the first time. This place is good for a quick oil change or inspection, but I wouldn't take my car hete for major repairs. Unlike AC Auto, I have never been informed of any warranties on repairs, offered a shuttle service or loaner car, provided detailed pictures of car issues, etc. I feel like this place caters to the older generation and has not caught up with the times.

My God I should have checked the reviews beforehand 🤦🏽♀️. Very horrible service. Gave me the runaround when I would ask about work time. Took 2 days to fix 3 things that apparently said only 4 hrs on paper! Made me miss out on work money smh. Was put on a calendar yet people that come in after you still get work done first. This experience was a complete headache. Over charge you on parts as well. Told me one thing on the phone and when I go up there it's was 200 more 😡. Definitely lost my business
