I friend of mine gave me a referral to go to J Medic to get a more reasonable price on replacing my driver side headlight. I had the passenger side replaced earlier part of this year and it cost me over $400+ to replace it at a Chrysler dealership. They replaced it and then I had to take my car back because my headlight still wasn’t working. At this point, I was beyond pissed. At J Medic, Patrick was the associate that was helping me. And when I say he was very thorough in explaining everything to me about the headlight (on a Chrysler 300) and the price of the headlight was drastically lower. I appreciate him for that. And from this day forward, I will be going to J Medic for my repairs or replacements. Thank you so much Patrick.

Excellent service, I had my oil changed by another auto service center and J Medic found that the other center had not filled the crankcase properly, JMedic also replaced my rear brake pads and rotors at a very reasonable price along with serpentine belt and a new oil change also did my annual vehicle inspection. We really appreciate the service at J Medic. This is the third mechanic we have used in the area and will not be changing. 1) they do not mansplain but they do explain why they are recommending the solution they do. 2) the prices are fair 3) what they fix stays fixed! A few months back someone cut me off on the off ramp of 285 south right next to their shop, and my tire blew trying to avoid the collision! I had my 2020 Chevy Spark towed to their shop and they called me first thing in the morning! They let me know they ordered a tire before their last shipment of the week would get there and I would have my car back in a few hours!! I asked them if they could go through my warranty company and let them know “if the company causes you too much stress over it, don’t worry, I’ll cover the cost”. This phenomenal shop took the time to go back and forth with my warranty company throughout the day to make sure I didn’t have to pay full price to the repair!! They are a customer comes first shop, they kept me updated on the status of my car and were a joy to work with, my car came back to me the same way I left it with them the night before. This shop is the place you should be going to if you want fair pricing, friendly customer service and full transparency!

This is a small but expert shop conveniently located off Main Street and 52 or if you like, I-285. While their marketing implied Jeeps, they were happy to see my Fake Jeep (Toyota FJ) and they knew all about it. They were good communicators, kept their commitment to my appointment, and were done in a timely fashion with new parts they had in stock. After purchasing a 2015 Grand Cherokee with the 3.6 “tick” most commonly lifter failure. I researched-called multiple automotive repair shops in Winston Salem area. Pleased with the reviews and feedback from JMEDIC, who specialize in Jeep vehicles, plus as many of the reviews read, they don’t hesitate to work on other types/styles of vehicles. JMEDIC team was honest and open about the costs and time frame of repairs. Darryl ensured that I was taking care of from the first phone call. I talked over my thoughts on how to proceed with the repairs and the target budget range that I was trying to stay within. I wanted the reliability back on the motor, but kept the budget in mind. They even worked with me on other needed services but didn’t push them, just offered as a suggestion. JMEDIC contacted me before I was expecting the repairs to be completed. On the morning of scheduled pick up time, Darryl called to report that they found something that just needed another follow up. Darryl explained that they would have to keep it a little bit longer to ensure repairs were done correctly. It turned out that the vehicle needed one more part (oil cooler) that could have potentially caused issues a little later and they were still able to get it done on the same day. As a owner of multiple Jeeps over the years I highly recommend JMEDIC.

What makes these guys stand out among other shops is their combination of knowledge, good communication, and low-pressure approach, backed up by quality work. Other shops feel "salesy". When you take your vehicle into these guys, they do a great job explaining their findings and the options for addressing them, and then sit back, let you think about, and wait til you tell them how'd you'd like to proceed. It's refreshing in a world that focuses on a bottom line over customer needs, and based on all the 5 star reviews they have, I know I'm not the only one that feels respected as a customer and notices the difference. They recently had to do a pretty large job on my 4WD system, and when they found an additional item that needed to be addressed, they were very considerate of my target budget and were able to work with me to keep the cost around what they had initially quoted by switching some things around. I wouldn't take my Jeep anywhere else.
