Just picked my Durango up that just I just paid over $700 to have brakes, an oil change & an inspection done on. Breaks grinding & squealing horribly. Milage out was the same as mileage in. Did they not even test drive it?! I've honestly never had a good experience there but, since I bought the Durango there, I always take it there. Tried to upcharge me on replacing my oil pan because someone used an oversized plug on the oil pan & cross threaded it causing it to leak oil. They're the ONLY place that has ever did the oil changes so, if it's stripped it's their fault! I still had to pay $100 for the repair since they decided they could cover it under my extended warranty.

My car was in for a recall fix and never got any updates. I had to initiate the messaging each time. Never was I told it wouldn't be ready same day until I initiated another message wanting an update. This was in the afternoon. Next day rolls around and I'm still waiting for an approximate time frame when it'll be ready , which I had asked the afternoon before. I had to initiate another message for an update and was told he would get back with me once he knew something. Never did. Sent another message wanting to know if the technician ran away since I never heard back. Then I was told the car was finished. I'm wondering had I not asked for the update, how long would it have been before they actually let me know. So, not pleased with the "customer service" part of this appointment.

I traveled to at least 4 different dealerships yesterday morning looking for my dream car which was quite exhausting until I seen North Point CJD had what I wanted. So I went to their online inventory and clicked interested and literally 3 mins later Ms. Stacey called me and I was currently in route at the moment called anyway so it worked out perfect! I got there and they had FAIR pricing! And excellent customer service! This place really treated me like family! From them asking how has your day been so far to the courtesy cups of water! The owner even walked around and comforted the customers! Overall a wonderful experience! I’m very thankful for them and I would never buy from another dealership if it isn’t North Point!
