Jimmy has been our mechanic for years, he does great service at affordable prices and had always shot us straight and his brother sells tires at a good rate as well, I never go to anyone else and I'm always satisfied with the work.

Do not use these guys at all !!! I purchased some rims from them which they said was universal and would fit in any car.... once we found out that they did not fit they agreed to have me come back in to swap the rims with a set that would fit. After driving all the from Charlotte back to Winston Salem .....they change their mind and did not want to swap the rims or refund the money and actually they thought it was funny. it's a shame that an auto repair shop has to scam you out of a measly $280 ....very bad professionalism and customer service!!!! Go to someone else who cares for they're customers!!!!!

I was trying to make it across the country when my drive shaft broke on the highway. I got towed to E & J but unfortunately they were already closed for the day so I slept in my broken truck. When Jimmy got in the next morning he dropped everything to try to get me on the road again. Due to events out of his control as well as Labor Day weekend he was not able to get the parts he needed until the following week, but he kept me honestly updated throughout the whole process. He never tried to BS me, and when it came time to pay for the repairs, the price for the parts and labor was extremely fair. Any review that says they do not care about their customers is wrong. The care I received is the reason I decided to write my first ever review of a business on google. Jimmy. if you see this, thanks again.

I took my BMW X3 to Jimmy to have the window regulators replaced. I had noticed while driving by that E&J frequently had BMW's in their bays being repaired, so I felt confident that they could repair something as simple as a window regulator. I paid over $360 for this repair, picked my vehicle up, and the very next day...I rolled down the window to let a bee out of the window as I waited outside to pick my daughter up after school...I heard a snap. The window regulator was malfunctioning again. I went by the shop to ask Jimmy if he had issues replacing them, and told him that the driver side rear was broken again just one day later. He didn't offer to take a look at it to see what the issue was...nothing. I vowed to never use the passenger side rear...afraid that the same thing would happen, and you know? Months later...I came out of the grocery store and my back window was down? I never touched this window, which means that it's possible that I've paid this young man for a job that was never done properly. I was ROBBED!
